Hotel Yes Inn Nuevo Veracruz

Super friendly staff. Simple rooms but perfect for what I needed.

The pillows were the worst I have ever tried to slept on and the bed wasn’t that great either which made for a complicated night with no sleep. However the staff were fantastic and the services were great. If they could update their pillows this would have been a very different review.

Just stayed overnight for early morning flight. There was a mall next door so we could get a meal. Nothing else to do in that location if you don't have a vehicle.

The hotel is very nicely located, right next to the shopping mall and only a short drive from the airport. It has a swimming pool, towels are available at the reception. The staff was very friendly.

The room did not have tea/coffee facilities, as you would expect in a 4 star hotel. It was the only thing we were missing, as we were leaving early to the airport. The towels in the room looked worn out.

Very friendly staff and comfortable beds. We booked 2 rooms for our family and got 2 rooms together.

The location was near the aquapark and a mall but nothing else. No possibility of breakfast anywhere close by. Only one elevator for the whole hotel

The breakfast was great and also so was the location. Front desk people were very friendly

A few of the employees at the breakfast kinda just stared at us while eating seemed like they were talking about us but even if they weren’t they stared the whole time

The hotel is perfect, clean, comfortable and they're friendly.. it's part of a complex of shops, restaurants, cinema, hospital. You can walk from hotel to the mall

The restaurant is horrible the food is rotten , breakfast buffet had no eggs asked for pancakes and 25 minutes later was told someone else stole my pancakes and had to wait 25 more minutes had to leave with an empty stomach , lunch came along my partner asked for a tortilla soup was rotten , chicken was filled with garlic I'm allergic to eat and made them aware of this Will not Come back due not recommend it

The room was very comfortable, clean and bright. The property is located next to a shopping mall and it feels very safe. The staff kindly called us a taxi for our early flight, so transportation was easy. Staying here was very relaxing.

Nothing, we enjoyed our stay.

Although located in what is almost a ghost town commercial center (even before Covid this center does not appear to be much visited), the hotel is excellent, and shops/restaurants are within walking distance. I like Yes for spacious rooms, lots of plugs for devices and PC - so important, but so many hotels neglect this, for a fine swimming pool, good restaurant at reasonable price...I even benefited by having a hire car company come from the airport to the door to deliver and retrieve a vehicle at no extra cost.
