Awesome ocean view... Nice and friendly staff.

Issues with electronic equipments. No fridge availability in the room. Shower area a big hazard. No floor matt

Great location. No hot water. Place is lacking a coffee machine or courtesy coffee stand. Beach is a few steps. Riviera can be amazing beautiful with nice weather.

It does not have a coffee shop or courtesy coffee stand on premises.

The rooms are really clean and the beds are comfortable, the shower in the room is huge and spotless clean, the staff here are very friendly and helpful , the view from our room was amazing.

Not much to dislike the fitness center is small but it'll get the job done

Terrible service, horrible room near a noisy vent, other guests watching porn at 3 am, dirty bathroom, charged me over 200 pesos more than the fee suggested in Booking.

Superb location facing the main street with beautiful beach scenery.

At the time of checking in our rooms were not near one another. One room given was extremely hot and with poor ventilation (suffocating) After staff realized a pre-charge for a day had been received to secure reservations. The rooms were almost near to each other. The restaurant was under remodeling, which we were not advised of at the time of reserving our stay.

The staff there seemed friendly and professional. They were responsive to my needs. Some of the staff spoke English.

I have found that in Mexico, hotels are slow to respond to messages sent through Booking.com. Sometimes they don't respond at all. This was the case with this hotel. Also, if you choose to stay at this hotel, keep in mind that you must cross a busy highway for beach access.

Location is in between the North and South parts of the city and so that was good if you wanted to see both

In general the city of Veracruz is very run down but sort of has a nice feel because of the beaches and everyone is friendly

The room was simple and clean with all of the basic necessities. They had a very nice pool that was nice to swim in.

The male workers at the reception were very dry and not very inviting. They took care of my needs, but had no smile and weren't very personable. The restaurant and bar also were only open from the morning to mid-afternoon. Why advertise a bar if it isn't open in the evening? The bed was comfortable but only had a sheet. It is always warm in Veracruz, but since each room is air conditioned it can get cold. You have to ask for a blanket to sleep warmer.

The beds are terrible...they were oddly convex. The sheets are not proper sheets so they move a lot while we were trying to sleep. The pillows are also terrible. The room had only a small window directly to the lobby. You can see into the rooms from the walkways of the floors above. A friend's room didn't even have a window. Quite bad for what we paid!

Good Location, recently renovated facilities, easy access, decent Restaurant open all day with a lot of variety. Breakfast goes until 12.30, is not pricey at all, and is tasty. Café on the premises as well. In general, good value for money, especially in the area compared with other big Hotel Groups nearby.

The cleanliness of the maids could be a bit better, if you have a room right beside you, one can hear almost everything, the walls are pretty thin. No Chairs or Tables on the balcony.
