Nice location good service good vibes

I lost my bracelet in the ocean. And wanted $15 for replacement. I felt with the price I paid for the rooms it should have been replaced with zero concerns.

The windows are very dirty, impossible to watch through them.No chairs and table in the balcony, it's a shame because you can not enjoy the view.

We arrived on a quiet Wednesday, but the staff was slow and inattentive. It took ages to get a menu and food, which was disappointing in quality. Despite spending on food and drinks, I was denied a glass of water—something that should be legally provided (Ley General de Alimentación Adecuada y Sostenible). They also didn’t accept card payments.Our room was poorly maintained: the fan didn’t work (with cobwebs as proof), the AC was unbearably loud, and the bathroom had mold, broken handles, and humidity stains. My towel looked ancient.We tried to enjoy the amenities, but the billiards room smelled like cat urine, had loud, strange music with ads, and someone started hammering nearby. In the mini golf area, they left us without lights.The front desk staff was friendly, but overall the hotel feels abandoned and neglected. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The room was big and comfortable and quite reasonably priced.

This cannot be a 5 star hotel, maybe it has been before but things were too sloppy to still be 5 star!The restaurant didn't serve wine (either red or white), so both the steak and seafood dishes had to be enjoyed with beer / other drinks!The room had jacuzzi but it didn't work.The bar had very expensive drinks served in cheap plastic glasses.

Close to ocean

Not many restaurants at night. Not many chairs to use/rent while at the beach. I also expected more from rooms.

Ohhh, I like the people of the staff, they are very kind , Josué, Enrique, Nury, I also like the bedroom, both pools, the bar, the restaurant, the hotel is beautiful, I think I'm going to stay there in a future, the sea view is incredible! Very Nice hotel!!

We liked all the activities surrounding te area. The view from the room to the beach is emaculate

Some special drink they gave us that made us throw up.

Location was horrible my room overlooked a shop/repair for god only knows. Did not feel safe, or secure. Left after 1 night of stay the next morning. Asked for credit from booking.com as well as hotel. No response from booking, a flat no from hotel.

Excellent location on the beach with a variety of places to relax. Great pool with a separate area for children. Food was good however being there during the week the menu items were limited and the fish restaurant wasn't open.

Whirlpool on the balcony took forever to fill and the jets were very weak. They played loud repetitive music constantly until late in the evening.

The check in procedure, We first got a room without windows after asking another we got a better room.The service level is low, the food is not ok Many items on the menu were soldout. The music on the beach was very loud.

Everyone was nice the place was great.

The overall staff was great, just the staff at the bar on the beach are not attentive they gather up and don't pay attention to the needs of guests I had to walk up to the bar everytime to get a drink. We left to the restaurant next door since it took forever to get a drink.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The beach was beautiful and very relaxing.

We were not told there was going to be an event right outside our room. The music played very loud well past 2 am. Also, our dinner at the hotel restaurant was very unsatisfactory. The food was either very undercooked or overcooked. We would not try their restaurant again, after that experience. We were also not allowed to charge anything to our room bill, which was inconvenient.
