The toilet leaking and they didn’t fix it and mold in the bathroom.

I loved the bed, so SO comfortable. The pillows and linen were so soft and it was probably the comfiest bed I've ever slept in. The flat screen telly had a Roku TV stick so during siestas I could put on what I wanted. The views of the city was great, and the shower + room in general was the cleanest I've ever had, not a single bug or smudge in sight. Fresh linen and towels daily plus free bottles of water, soap, shampoo, THE WORKS! The staff were accommodating to me not speaking very much Spanish and were helpful in general. The hotel in near a couple of hikes and only a ten minute walk from the bus station. I felt safe and secure ?

no proper parking, you must let your carto valet parking for to go to the elevator.

Location

Construction obstructed access to room. Unhealthy air in corridors due to construction. Elevator not working. AC not working, too noisy. Had to change rooms three times due to various circumstances.

The sheets were stained, the bathroom door cracked, the water for showering was not able to adjusted, first day was not remote for the AC.

It was a clean place with great rooms and nice staff. The price quality balance was very good and the surroundings fantastic, in the middle of the city center.

I think it would have been great to have a nice breakfast included.

The coffee

That the booked me two rooms and changed my card twice when in fact, I only had one reservation for one room. They still haven’t refunded me my money back.

I asked for a platter that you have for 2 people it has chistorra asada and chicken but the meat was kind of dry and i have to pay extra for a little of rice and the salsa macha was super salty, the horchata was delicious, in general was a great experience, your valet parking Antonio was super kind he gave us advise where to go everytime we have a question and he made my day when he found a trio to sing on a birthday on a restaurant he is awesome. Every member of your staff was great, kind and friendly, I will comeback anytime without doubt.

That the gym was under construction, and the pool too. That was the only thing.

I guess rooms are a bit small but that’s about it

Breakfast especially but have to mention that the food there was really good. Prices are fair for what you get and good location in the centre of town to go see the waterfall. Also have to add, that the lady cleaning our room was excellent :)

We stayed 3 nights and on the last night - Saturday there was club music playing nearby which thumped through the room. People still around at 3am - but not the hotels fault. Just one of those things (and possibly only on a Saturday?) - earplugs help!
