Staff not helpful We were charged for breakfast, the breakfast time started 7 am we had to hit the road at 5:30am so we requested the night before for something like fruit or juice for the road since we had the breakfast paid and they refused to reimburse the charge nor give anything.Manager bad attitude she do not deal just make weird faces

Perfect in every way: Great location close to zócalo, very helpful and friendly staff, yummy breakfast, large rooms, quality mattresses, nice outdoor terrace for all guests to enjoy a nice view of Orizaba. It was a very comfortable stay. I'll be back!

The location was great, the room was large and very clean. The bathroom shower had almost instant hot water with great pressure

I am sure many people loved the breakfast. I did not like the breakfast buffet choices.

Very clean and great location to all attractions. Parking (on site) and breakfast buffet included. Clean, thick towels and linens changed EVERY day. Excellent beds AND pillows, nice glassed in shower with hot water and great water pressure.

Decor was a bit strange but everything is spotless!

Great facilities. Really nice terrace. Excellent breakfast. Quiet. Perfect location. You can walk to everything, including the bus station.

I love the place, the breakfast was really good, and the location is excellent.

The only inconvenient thing was that one of the rooms wasn’t ready on time. We waited for about an hour after check in time.

A bit of late night noise (next to a club) on the weekends (Friday and Saturday night)

Very good central location, friendly staff, nice rooms,parking under hotel with elevator that takes you directly to the floor of your room,good breakfast with a variety of choices was included.They also serve dinner at a very reasonable price

A/C needs maintenance and above all filter replacement (moldy smell when turning it on).In one room the heat setting worked, in another one not.

Cost too high for quality; room booked was bot available and no reimbursement / discount offered in change of downgrade of the room; hotel located next to a disco-pub and we had the impression to be on stage all night long, very low quality of sleepBreakfast is Mexican, very few “international” elements

unbelievably loud disco next door - shaking the building all night long until morning. earplugs won’t help, it’s that loud.

we went there with a baby and when you go to a hotel with stars you expect them to give your baby a crib or a bed for free this is the way it is 99% of the time. as a courtesy. but here they said we need to pay rent for it and it is almost the same we paid for ourself. ridiculous.

Quite place one block from main street.The room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. Good breakfast.The hotel has it's own underground parking.

Great location, clean, nice view from balcony, friendly staff. Everything works as supposed to.

Karaoke next door! Not the fault of the hotel tho :) just made it noisy until about midnight.
