Location and the design of rooms!

I suppose due to covid there is NO staff on duty! Just the housekeeping to a certain time and all things are keyed in! The front door, the hotel door, the room door. No impersonal. BUT the hotel remains clean and cared for!

The location is excellent and walkable to the central area of Orizaba. Plenty of hot water to shower at the end of a long ride or walk around town.

The stairs. If you are challenged by stairs you will want to think twice about booking a stay here. We had to haul everything from our motorcycles from the parking garage up two flights just to reception and then another flight to our room. Also, to get into the bathroom in the room you had to step up onto a wood platform and then another big step onto the bathroom platform. Very challenging in the middle of the night bathroom visits.

Decent location.

Dead cockroach. Strange, dark bathroom. Seems a bit old fashioned room and old furniture. The design and paint is a bit off-putting.

Location, small kitchen.

Silly issue, the bathroom needed more light, if a kitchen has dishes and forks maybe a sponge and some soap to clean what you use.

I like the attentive reception, like large parking, like that the rooms are on the side street, not on the main street. Good central location.

This is a very lovely hotel close to the to everything! It was a bonus for us to be only a two block walk from the bus station. Orizaba is a very walkable city and we never had more than a 5-10 min. walk to most of the attractions and being on the main road, it was always easy to catch a cab. Even though it’s on one of the busiest streets, the atrium design keeps out the noise so it was very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room was impeccably clean. The staff is very kind and helpful and stored our luggage after checkout until we could catch our bus in the afternoon. it was also very secure. You have to pass through 2 doors with coded locks to get inside.

How access to bedroom

It was very clean and nicely furnished.Great wifi connection and hot water The beds and pillows were very comfortable.Great location. Just blocks from the bus station and easy to find plus an easy walk to the center and most of the sights. I really appreciated the filter water.The manager is super nice and allowed me to have a late check out because my bus did not leave until later in the afternoon.

My first room faced the street and it was very loud with noise from the traffic, but the next day they let me move into a more quiet room.

Accessibility of doors and safety of that

There was very few staff and you could not ask many people stuff

Nice room, comfortable bed and nice location and staff. Close to ADO terminal.

To much noise from the street, br located in the surrounding of the hotel, lot of noise also from the hotel hall. Bring the ear pads.

The host did an excellent job of telling us about restaurants and shops and things to do in the area. He helped us with our bags and brought us water and answered all our questions. The room was clean with lots of storage and bathroom very modern.

I like that it was close to downtown. very nice room.

Room was a little too dark. It also had a bunch of spiderwebs in the corners along with some spiders. If my daughters were with me I would’ve ask for another room.

They dont clean the room everyday. The bathroom is a but dark. Hot water takes a while, and it is a waste.

Modern. Presentable.

Bathroom was too small and poorly lit. The shower stall was very dark even with the bathroom light on. The entrance stairs were narrow and twisting, making it difficult to carry luggage inside. There was a chemical smelling deodorant spray on the sheets. Not enough plug-ins.

Location was great and many restaurants and cafes to choose from. Front desk was friendly and efficient. The Suite felt secure. The price was excellent.

I’m a big guy and I did find the shower a bit restrictive. The bathroom was on the small side for my 193 cm height.

Bathroom is this unit was small, room cleaning should be done earlier if you are continuing your stay.

Lovely little hotel right on the main street and convenient to everything. Very secure with multiple codes to get in the parking area below the hotel, main door, the lobby door, and one’s room. (They are sent via WhatsApp before one arrives… or at time of arrival, in my case) The super kind front desk worker was very helpful, bringing me an extra blanket and a pitcher of purified water. The room was super comfy and nicely decorated in green. Since I asked for an inside room off the street, it didn’t have any exterior windows but looked on to a little inside garden.

The bathroom was a bit dark… but that might have been a factor of the dark green walls. No big deal

Lots of small practical details including blackout curtains and fluffy towels. Enjoyed my balcony at night. Good location.

An alarm somewhere down the street went off for extended periods of time in the morning at night.
