The staff was great! The room was clean and nice linens.

My shower was lukewarm at best. There were kids running up and down the hall yelling and even knocked on my door! After a long day on the road and knowing it was going you be an early morning, I did told them to knock it off at 11. There was a train every two hours or so.

Great breakfast and good restaurant, easy to get to, good parking, friendly staff, clean and modern.

No view or balcony.

The hotel was nice looking, with a nice entrance and courtyard.

The hotel really didn't meet expectations. Especially considering we had to pay almost 2,800 pesos. It was a little absurd. The hotel courtyard, entrance, lobby and restaurant look nice and it seems welcoming. The staff are awkward and not very friendly. Especially in the restaurant. Not attentive, seem annoyed because you are there, they had 6 or 7 staff members in the restaurant and they were more.concerned with hanging out at the front desk and socializing. The worse for me though was the room. While it looked nice the beds were undersized. It seemed somehow smaller than a double and bugger than a twin. With the ac unit on, all you could smell was mold. The pool was tiny. It was a bit ridiculous. It was maybe three feet deep and so chlorinated. The break fast buffet was mostly unappetising. The way they warm food is just asking for food poisoning overall it was pretty disappointing. We stay at the Holiday Inn in tuxtla often. It's almost half the price, the staff are super friendly. They have a large pool, the beds are normal size and the rooms don't reek of mold. So when I compare the two hotels, this one is a big let down.

Breakfast is very good. Like the quality of the food and the buffet. The ambient feel great and service was good.

Just once, we were staying in the room on stand-by as one relative was undergoing surgery nearby and ... due to COVID ... waiting at the hospital was not reasonable. I asked for one more bottle of water, the maid acted as if I was asking for a bottle of Champaigne ... made me feel really bad so I told her to just forget it. Why couldn't´t they be nice and supportive for just one bottle of water is beyond me.

Double beds too small, normally Holliday Inn hotels provide double rooms whit two queen size beds, in this hotel were just doubles.

The property was quite good, we really didn’t explore.

Just one elevator and it was a bit small so the waiting was a bit of an issue.
