The location of the hotel is excellent. The view from the pool is stunning. The staff are attentive and friendly.

Most of the rooms face the street and the street we faced was soooo busy. Lots of cars passing by and honking. It made it difficult to relax. The buffet was nothing special. We ate at 7:30am and the food was not very hot. The coffee was lukewarm.

The room was very comfortable and the beds were excellent with high end linens. The rooftop bar had amazing views and excellent staff.

Second time we stopped at this hotel and second time it didn't disappoint. Everything is thought through, from ramps for wheelchairs to even water pressure in bathrooms. The gym is a world class. I could not find anything that would disappoint or annoy.

Hotel is in a central location. Facilities are clean, and the hotel has upgraded the original building. Room was very comfortable

The location

This was a very unfortunate stay. The 'rooftop' bar was being re-built with at least a crew of 5 workers, they were working cutting, painting, grinding right next to the pool so that it was covered with dust. The poolside furniture was stacked. When I questioned this, the staff said the pool was still opened. Uh, NO. It should of been closed for safety, you had to walk over extention cords and tools, through the construction site to get to the scummy pool. On our floor (2) some rooms were being re-modeled and the smell of paint thinner wafted throughout the floor. Nauseating. We I asked for a refund the staff said that they needed to call the manager. Great please do, I would like to speak to her/him also. It was going to be awhile so I said we would go get a cup of coffee and return. On our return they staff offered us an up grade room. I took the upgrade simply because this was really turning into a greater ordeal than I wanted. Our up grade room was basically the same with a fridge. The balcony overlooked 4 AC UNITS and the parking lot. To top it ALL off, there was a concert being held the next evening. The quartet practiced the night before with the bass pounding for 4 hours, then the concert happened the next night with the same pounding base. What was very interesting is that the hotel had texted me 3 days prior, stating that the pool would be closed until Oct 1 2024, our reservations were for the end of November. I replied twice to the text to inquire about the pool and rooftop bar, NO RESPONSE. All in all the hotel was very disappointing, the resturant was a buffet. We ending up moving hotels. What a mis-managed, mis- leading experience. Orizaba is wonderful town and I think that this establishment in remodeling took ALL the charm out of this historic hotel. It is now just a 'box hotel' that you find by any major city airport. My advise would be to look elsewhere for accommodations.

Everything about this place was amazing! Rooms were clean and bright. Roof top pool with bar. Exceptional restaurant ? location was local to many attractions. Staff Exceptional.

A margarita is not automatically a batida. When I told the bartender on the roof that I wanted rocas, he told me 'tough"

The hotel was spacious with a beautiful courtyard. The beds were suuuuuper comfortable too. We drove and the parking lot was secure and easily accessible.

I was surprised that the Pet fee for our small dog, $700 pesos, was about half of what the entire room was. That seemed a bit high.

Underground parking garage and rooftop terrace both great. Easy-to-find location right on the main street in the center of town.

Rooms were nothing special. Neither of our reading lights worked and bathroom was poorly designed. Price seemed high for what was offered.

The location was ideal and the parking was free and safe

You have to pay to stay with a cat, the fee was almost half the price of the room and we stayed only one night

There is gym as part of the hotel on the far side of the car park, facing the rooms. At 11.30pm the guys in there decided to turn their gym music up to full volume. Only by visiting reception at midnight did the music get turned down. Better control over the music volume at night would be good.Otherwise - great hotel!

Three of us shared what was meant to be a double room. We had a small room with the bathroom sink in the bedroom -inconvenient with 3 people sharing. Small bathroom. When we asked the next day, the staff seemed surprised we were given that room. To be fair, we arrived very late, many hours after we were expected.
