iStay Hotel Ciudad Victoria

The breakfast was excellent!

The closet doors and the bathroom doors are too close together and it was difficult to move past each other when two people are trying to use that same space!

I'm on a motorcycle trip and the ability to put my motorcycle underground and then take an elevator from the garage to my floor made loading and unloading very easy not to mention how secure I felt. The variety of restaurants in the immediate area was fantastic. I don't think I have to mention the breakfast but I will. Like everybody says it's very good and lasts almost half the day. They will cook your bacon and eggs to order. Can't forget the front desk, the gentleman there spoke English and was friendly, courteous and professional. It's my new hotel in Ciudad Victoria.

Close to town and eateries

Put all guests in one part of hotel instead of providing privacy. I was kept awake by large family next door for half the night. I got up at 5 and turned the tv on at full volume and left for a walk.

The breakfast is excellent. I dont think no other hotel has better breakfast or better location for breakfast. The taste and variety of food is second to none. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

That my room did not had a refrigerator, I think it should be standard in all rooms.

Location, room size.

TV had only Spanish with no option to change to English.Food of room service was terrible, and limited times for room service.Bed was terribly uncomfortable

The food and service were very good and nice people.

The room and bedding had a sweat smell to them.

The location is good, the size of the rooms also.

There is a poor maintenance and cleaning within all hotel areas.

Everything was perfect. The place is nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was awesome and everyone was very nice and friendly.

A/C was not working at its full potential room felt hot and humid.

Not any deserts at breakfast, all gone !!

It’s close to supermarket, restaurants and other places.

The facilities are old, like they don’t care to do maintenance to it.

The property is well located, had parking and the staff is excellent

The rooms are not well ventilated and have a lot of humidity, I had to open the window to sleep.

The property was great and i loved that they clean your rooms every day and that they have connected rooms.

That the tv’s are not smart tv’s so we did’t had access to Netflix nor any other Disney. Also when i made the reservations they insure me the pool was going to be open January 1st and it didn’t open until January 8th. The day we left which me and my kids were not happy about because that was the purpose of staying in that hotel. They didn’t even try to compensate for any of this.

It is clean and it is nice that they have breakfast.

They put us in a room right above a loud party in one of their conference rooms even though there were plenty of other available rooms. Then the lock on the door wasn’t working and we had to go to the front desk to get back into our room.

The smell of old mop in the room. We had to go get Febrezze and still the smell was still there. The bed was very uncomfortable to hard with bump in the middle. Breakfeast was terrible, everything was cold. Carpet in the alley very dirty.

Mattress extra firm needs more cushion.
