The Chef was outstanding, he made us breakfast eventhough the service was over, that make us feel great, they usually say there's no service, but he prepared a great meal. That is worth the stay

The cold water in the pool was a big turn down. My children and I couldn’t fully enjoy this amenity because of this.

They over charge you when you pay with an American Credit Card. They had a sign that they were paying 15 pesos per dollar which I assumed was for cash only so I paid with my credit card and they also lower the exchange rate to 15 pesos even though the market is currently at 16.45. I offer to paid in cash but they didn’t cancel the transaction so I ended paying $95 dollars instead of $88. I’m not sure I would stay there again.

This was a lovely, very clean hotel in a good location. The beds were very comfortable and breakfast was plentiful, with many options. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful. There is a pool and a fitness room, but we did not use them. If there had been a mini fridge in the room, it would have been perfect.

I paid for a king room with Mountain View/City view and got zero views (was put on the third floor with the windows facing a wall)

the customer service was unlike anything we’ve experienced in Mexico. from the valet parking to the receptionist to the waiter at the breakfast place. we felt very much at home and with a very welcoming team. first time in CV and was very impressed.

there was no self parking due to floods but no big deal.

Great Service at an outstanding price. Well maintained Hotel with Samsung Smart TVs and super fast internet. Also outstanding staff, from check in staff to the cooked to order included breakfast an excellent stay.

The hotel it's downtown so everything you need it's at walking distance. The staff was very professional and courteous. The room was very clean and organized and the bed was really comfortable. I do recommend.

in the middle of town close to everything

My family help me carry my things to my room, when I opened the door the phone was ringing when I answered they told me I had more people in my room then I paid for and if they didn’t leave immediately they were going to charge me extra!!
