Comfort Inn Tampico

Nice friendly staff, clean room. Shower Pressure was awesome!!

They put me up front, so was kind of noisy, but not a deal breaker.

I like the space of the rooms are friendly. The area where is located. Is Amazing near restaurants and shop stores .The parking space was spacious. The pool. Was clean. The staff were friendly and polite. The breakfast was amazing!

Location was great

You can’t sleep someone’s always doing construction after 1 AM one day they had a party till 4 AM and one day the lights turned off and on while we were asleep woke us up

They didn't have an elevator on the building that I had stayed. I had to carry bag 2 floors without any help, the room was small, the pillow really stone, the ac was old and awful..

Rooms were clean

Real bad customer service since check in , there was no hot water , I reported it several times and was never fixed

room was real comfortable , good location at , have a nice swiming pool to cool of with the heat in Tampico,

they need to make sure that the tv signal is good tv was freezing out , and internet signal has to bee little more reliabable .

Only breakfast was good staff in that area were nice but the rest of the staff were not as nice

Staff in front area were not understanding with or small problem that i had with booking,the staff in the front door try to act like they better than others people and they had water coming inside the hole building and maide the foors really slippery plus they do not have elevator is the second building

location is good, rooms pretty good sizes like that, the hotel is clean , safe, we really enjoy our stay

Closer to the seafood market. Room is good size .

A/C is too loud

The location is great, is on a busy avenue and there are a lot of going out options near by. It is also quiet close to the beach so its easy to come and go.

The bed was really small and the restroom was too. I could barely fit my legs while seating down at the toilet. The breakfast options weren't many

it wasn’t very clean, walked from the bed to the bathroom barefoot, big mistake, floor was filthy, room was dusty. Pool is very very small. waterfall wasn’t working. Noisy hotel. leaking water faucet

receptionist/front desk after a 24 hr flight I was just looking for a place to rest,but she was not welcoming and give me all kinds of trouble for everything.

Pool to dirty, leaves and some trash…breakfast missing waffles or hot cakes in the included breakfast…
