Hotel Boutique Villa Toscana

The buildings are beautiful and the room was okay.

There is no restaurant on the property.This is essentially an events property. On the Friday we checked in there was a wedding, a corporate event, and several other events. This included both recorded and live music that was excrutiatingly loud...you could feel the thump of the bass and the kick drum in the room. This continued until 1:30 am in the morning. We had very little sleep and checked out early the next morning. I asked for and was promised a full refund for the prepaid stay.

Very average.

No where to be during the day while we waited for the wedding. No place to go except the room. No activities near by. We had a do not disturb on our door and employees kept coming right in. This place needs a place to gather.

The bed

It was unclean, specially the bathroom. It had someone’s else hair. Additionally for the price there should be Kleenex. Finally there was an event until 1am in the middle of the hotel and the noise was really loud. I chose this hotel because it was my last option and was below regular.

The pan dulce and fruit was very poor and unsatisfactory.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a “boutique” hotel. The property is very nice, but the service is terrible. There were events every night with music blasting right outside our room until 2am. It was impossible to get any sleep. The rooms were very basic and not luxury. There was no hot water in the shower. Also, we asked them to keep our ice cream frozen because our room did not have a mini fridge, and when we got it back it was completely melted. I would never stay here again, especially for the insanely high price.

Property was beautiful and serene. Room was exceptionally clean, and the staff was amazing. Housekeeping would wait for us to wake each morning, then bring us a tray of fruits and pastries, along with a pot of coffee.

I would have liked chairs on the room balcony.

The grounds and building are beautiful.

No food on site. Far from interesting locales. Loud music from weddings.

I liked that it was close to (literally the place) where we had the wedding! Nothing more. It was expensive for the amenities offered.

The AC did not work. The temperature could not be regulated. It was like a cold storage room. The shower was also cold, and hot water was not available. Upon complaining, the staff just said it was not working in that room and nothing else was done. Also, regarding cleanliness, there was a spider ( live one) in the bathroom. To top it off, it was our first night after an amazing wedding celebration at the villa toscana.

It lacks amenities. It does not have a restaurant on site, no room service, no pool, no gym. I had see an picture of pastries In the website but was not told whether they offered any nor did I see any.It’s only a pretty room with nothing else to offer. Don’t expect a hot shower as the water only gets warm.

Not having a restaurant or pool on site was a downside. Although there was food to order, there weren't many options to choose from. The place is beautiul. I went for a friends wedding and coming from the US it was nice to not move around since the church and venue were located in the same place. It was convenient for us since we did not have a car to travel in.

No restaurant, but they do offer a choice of breakfasts that are ample and delicious. The catered events were managed superbly.

The property is very beautiful. The staff was wonderful very attentive.
