Everything was fine except the check in staff that gave me the wrong room. Many kudos to the Magee of that date since he was on the phone with my wife and took the time to sort it out. Unfortunately this caused a double charge in our checking account
Best was the friendliness of the staff and the size of the room with all its amenities. Also having a jacuzzi in the room was wonderful as was the in-room coffee maker. When we return to SLP, we will stay at this property again, especially at that rate.

the hotel has a venue right in front of the rooms in the center of the hotel ( less than 40 ft away from my door) the music was so loud and it ended until 2am. I do donâ≢t recommend this hotel to stay on the weekends

The location makes this hotel a top pick. Parking staff and concierge are very friendly and helpful. Reception desk is professional however their area is a bit small. I wish each room had a mini fridge. Best Location, hands down!

The location is excellent, the bus terminal is right across the highway. The rooms were very clean and spacious and quiet, the restaurant has a good variety of foods & desserts. They have a nice size pool. The staff is very courteous and helpful.
