- Hotel employee provided absolutely amazing customer service! He definitely gets 5 stars. He was great from local recommendations to helping us get our issues resolved. The bar and wait staff were also excellent!

Cons -
- First 2 rooms AC wasn?t working.Manager made us wait to switch until they tried to fix it (maintenance said AC set at 20 & temp of 24.5 was working) finally day 3 we had AC.Rooms need major updating/renovation.VERY slow WiFi!Could be great with some TLC!
- Beds should be larger considering that the rooms are suites.
- Disfrute mi vicita y el servicio. Solo que al dejar el hotel y pedir¿ El taxi¿que pedimos al aeropuerto no cobró casi lo doble (450.00)de lo que pagamos del aeropuerto al hotel. (290.00) no me avisaron del costo antes de decidir
