- Customer services was very friendly, at night was super quiet, we didn’t had a sign for “no disturbe/no room service” so we made one out of paper and they respected it for all the days we stayed.

- Super uncomfortable bed, I got the “Deluxe” and the bed fell like if you were sleeping on the floor, super hard mattress, TV was small, bathroom had a weird smell, and there was a lizard inside my room.
- No in room toiletries
- The receptionist charged me again when the booking was already paid in full.
