The room was clean

We didn’t have hot water for 2 days. There’s too much eco on the rooms and you can hear everything fromNext door or the upper floor and staff were not that much helpful on fixing the water issue.

They would not accept our dog. I send you information on our dog and you still booked the reservation. We arrived and they would not accept our small dog. This was not their fault it was yours.

room size was good

one of the pools was out of service and the other one was filthy. We also had to wait in the hot lobby 2 hours in line to check in.

great location.

air conditioning not working properly & they did move us to another room and maintenance had to come to adjust air conditioner there too. Beds are extremely uncomfortable.

Good location.Lots of good restaurants at a walking distance.

1: Happy hour was not really a happy hour. They state 2x1 during happy hour, but they use smaller cups (almost half of the size) for it, so you get the same.2: There is a bar across the street that plays music very very loud until late at night, until around 2-3 am, so it is very hard to be able to sleep at a decent time.

Didn’t ate at all in the hotel restaurant

That supervisors keep an eye on how rooms are done because there was trash around bed floors irty mirrors dirty microwave dirty and dust all over Y asked for supervisor or manager receptionist said I will pass note

It is right by the beach, the lifeguards are very nice.

The property looks a bit old, the food from the buffet was very dry and the birds get in the food. Client service is not first priority at all. The pool towels, the front desk a lot of the answers that we received from employees was “that is not my job, someone else is in charge of that”, yet there was no effort to ensure our request was passed along to the correct department.It is important to mention that we have stayed at this hotel before and we have had different experiences before.

The staff took forever to give me my room It was suppose to be ready at 3pm but didn’t give me the room keys till 4:30pm Had me waiting for over an hour to get into my room

The rooms were not cleaned well, sink clogged, shower dirty, beds super uncomfortable.
