There is nothing that I liked about this place, except the location

The hole hotel is in terrible shape, specially the bathroom are extremely rundown and moldy. They have holes in the walls, each room is missing something different like ceiling fans, tvs, irons etc. Some doors wouldn¿t lock, if you plan to say there don¿t

Price & on the beach is why I choose

Staff at front desk spoke no English , booked room online & thought was paid for already from app .. but she took my card & charged again .. hopefully the pending fee on my card currently for $88 goes away ! Since the room total on app was charged $68

It's location and ocean view.

Really was a dirty room, not TV and phone available, noisy around, staff was not doing a daily clean to the room, bad smelling inside. Bad condition of the building and poor maintenance.Parking on bad condition.

The location on the beach

The place was an embarrassment. Dirty; elevators ( that were operable) would not go to the lobby level; ants ants ants; half of the rooms on my my floor had no door knobs or locks; no towels in the room; tv had no signal! Overall I would not go back

Oneof the bell boys went above and beyond.

The front desk was of little help was rude and obnoxious. The rooms were filthy the pillows smeeled awful. Thankfully I had a can of Lysol to spray the bedding down the sliding door on the balcony was broken and the glass was cracked.

Everything was very relaxing

The only thing to like about the property is the balcony with an ocean view. The location is good as well, there are restaurants and shops in walking distance and taking an Uber to other places like the aquarium or observatory was very inexpensive.

The hotel is very run down and our bathroom was just unacceptable. The tub had rust stains, the tile in the shower had holes and the tile by the tub was all broken and cracked and the ceiling had holes and was falling apart. When we asked for another room the one they showed us was in worse shape! And of course they act like they don’t understand you but what isn’t to understand about that? And we used a translator app to tell them exactly what was wrong but they didn’t care. The breakfast was cold, they had quite a few options but they don’t keep it warm? Who wants to eat cold eggs or pancakes? The beds were ok, we slept ok. They are just regular box spring mattresses, nothing fancy. And the AC unit worked very good and kept our room cool and was quiet.

super dirty, seems like the hotel is falling in pieces, front desk not friendly, Pool super dirty, mold in the shower, bugs all over the room, front desk is never available when you try to call them by dialing zero,

Location

It is supposed to be a pet friendly hotel. We paid extra for my pet. They installed us in the worst room just because we had a pet. Why do they say they are pet friendly? They should let you know that they will put in the worst room because you have a pet. Room was dirty water in the shower clogged. It was just horrible over all.

Room with balcony overlooking the beach and ocean is stupendous! Nice pool area with bar. Beds comfortable. Great breezes into the room. AC worked well but we had it off the entire time we were there (it was a cool time of year). They had an excellent special for beer and nachos/ceviche.

Could have done a better job cleaning the room. Some aspects of the room and hotel are run-down a bit. For example, in our room, the sliding doors to the balcony were difficult to move with handles partly falling off. Peeling/chipping areas in the bathroom. There are lots of "bandas" playing up and down the beach at times, and they sometimes can be loud. Get a higher room if you think this might be an issue for you.

The shower was dirty with hair, there was a bad smell at night, the bed sheets were dirty, the door didn't work well, the balcony light never turned off and the windows didn't close.

Most terrible hotel in mazatlan, broken tiles at entrance all 1st floor, room bathroom totally outdated, rusted sinks, broken tiles in shower, discussed overall, food was terrible, it needs to be remodeled completely. Then it’ll be a badass hotel otherwise it sucks !
