With private balconies, an on-site restaurant, beautiful views of the ocean and nearby mountains as well as in-room satellite TV, every stay at the Oceano is sure to be enjoyable.

Reservations of 10 rooms or more will be considered as group and will have special policies We would like to share with you that, we have a new activity, that will be available in the all inclusive plan. The option to use Kayaks. There are two ways to book this activity: 1. Kayak ride. This option is available Monday to Saturday at 10 am. Our clients must book their place with our activities team to be part of this tour 24 hours in advance. 2. Use of kayaks. Will be available for 30 minute periods after this tour until 3 pm. Restrictions: This activity may be canceled if sea, weather conditions are unsafe. We ask that everyone knows how to swim for safety reasons. Places are subject to availability. This would be available for the Ocean Palace property on the all-inclusive plan.

- HOTEL WAS RIGHT AT THE BEACH IN FRONT OF THE ISLAND. I DID NOT GET ALL INCLUSIVE ON THE LAST DAY. THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD BUT NOT SOME LUNCH ITEMS. PORK WAS TOUGH BUT THE DRINKS AT THE POOL AREA WERE GREAT. I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN FOR SURE.
- Loved all the staff, very attentive to my needs and understanding of certain situations. Very polite and very safe. No worries or problems and with the most beautiful view !
- The location is great and there is exactly 3 people from staff that are actually outstandingly nice and put forth effort. The security is good they don't really want anyone around the hotel who doesn't belong there.
Cons -
- I HAD AN EARLY FLIGHT 8AM AND I LEFT KEYS AND TOWEL CARD IN THE ROOM. THEY MADE ME GO GET THEM AT CHECK OUT ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿ OTHER THAN THAT EVERYTHING WAS GREAT.
- That the hotel is across the street from 2 nightclub. The music was soo loud until 4am. I only slept 2 hour. Terrible hotel
- Wristbands for everything; rude reception and bar staff; trying to cheat us out of the ocean view we paid for; cracks throughout the walls and ceiling in room; beds are not two queen size as mentioned they are just two fulls, construction expansion..
