Hotel Marina Topolobampo

The power was out when we arrived and did not come back on until tge following morning. It's in a bad neighborhood and I date the hotel as a 1 star

Convenient location for the ferry.

Half a roll of toilet paper. No hot water. No wifi.

It's a fun little hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Only petty issue, no coffee maker.

Never had hot water during the 2 days we stayed. Internet was very sporadic. Had it one minute then not for a hr.

Restaurant closes very early. No dinner unless you eat at 5 PM. No bar also.

Bathroom smell of sewer ... poor plumbing design. No trap on sink drain.Booked same room type as friends... they had a minifridge, and a couch. For some reason they did and both rooms were side by side.

No hot water for showering, internet very poor, very few of the restaurant menu items were available, and the pool was green, full of algae and unusable.

Warm people. Arrived at 1030 pm. Clerk was helpful. Had her associate take me to my room. My Spanish is adequate but it helped to have him show me how door card activated lights.

leak in first room but within half hour they moved us which was great.

The place was clean, easy to get to, close to Down Town and places around the town. The young lady at the front desk (staff) was nice too.

There was a problem with the reservation, apparently it was not the hotel system, even though I had a confirmation from booking.com … at the end the front desk girl gave us a room and respected the reservation.The continental breakfast was not hood at all, the bread was cold and hard ?.

Cockroach was huge. Beds were kinda small.

Great staff. Love my pool area. Has a restaurant by pool which would have been lovely but closed the Sunday severe there.

Would like mini fridge and coffee maker in rooms.

very poor and slow check in. room was okay but very basic. breakfast was a joke - one piece of toast and jam and one cup of coffee.

The hotel was very accommodating as they allowed us a very late checkout so we could be comfortable until the midnight ferry left only 500 pesos for the extra time!

The continental breakfast is just coffee and toast.
