Cons -
- No one spoke English which made it very try difficult and frustrating to get any thing accomplished
- I checked in, left the room to check out immediately. I called for a refund and was refused. There were bugs on the bed and even then I got refused when I offered to provide pictures.
- There was some sort of a glitch between having the reservation and a confirmation number. I¿m actually getting the room. The hotel, for some reason did not have the reservation in the beginning. However, they did fix it.
