- Great location in Hotel Zone. The hotel has beautiful beach access and a really nice pool area. Rooms are spacious and clean.
- Beautiful resort. Room was clean and spacious. Beach was clean and no smell like other Cancún beaches. Service was great. Just a wonderful resort overall. I have no complaints
- The breakfast buffet
Cons -
- The restaurant is beautiful and staff are great, but the food was fairly average.
- The bed was hard and I had booked two queen beds; but when we checked in it said one King bed.
- Our room didn't have a bathtub. Also, there were a lot of front desk trainees when we visited. They were trying their best. When we checked in, one of the trainees asked if she could send something to our room to "spoil us" and nothing ever arrived.
