Cons -
- The hotel food was made abyss. The beds were rock hard. We had no showerhead on the shower. We had to call down multiple times to get towels. There was mosquitoes in the room from the doors being left open. The bathrooms were outdated. We had no hot water
- The staff at this hotel was very rude from the front desk to the management. We have pictures of cockroaches and mold that was found in the bathroom and sinks. After we voiced our concerns, they said ?you?ve already paid and nothing can be done?
- No refrigerator in hot humid in cancun ..i cant believe it ...worse
