- The most beautiful resort in Mexico weve ever been to! Serene, relaxing, and remote. Great food and drinks! Plus staff is unbelievably accommodating. We will be back.
- The service
Cons -
- price of all food & drinks extremely expensive, spa prohibitively expensive - more than double the price at other resorts, tried to charge me for an extra day upon check out.
- The check in was terrible and late. The staff wasn¿t helpful or friendly at the front desk. The hotel charged extra for EVERYTHING. We spent almost double the room for food and extras and we barely drink.
- The only downside is that it can get quite pricey between food/drinks/service charge.
