- no hot water, curtains that can't block out the sun, toilet not working, no mini fridge, no gym, no pool, no remote for the TV and no help with luggage. the parking is really tricky, the walls are very close together. Prison very near.

- The service from reception was poor they were not courteous or kind. They didn't even try to help me when I have a problem with baggage and having to stay another night they just said I had to go through you to get another room.
