Pros +
- I loved the nightly entertainment inside the hotel with the music. I liked that it wasn't dead and boring. Really loved how many options for food there was. Loved Hotel Employee. The steak at Toro was wonderful.

- The location and the grand entrance and the pool area.
Cons -
- I didn't like how we got the towels for the beach. Would have been better if they were handing them out as you walked out the back door. Another hotel in Cancun did it this way and it was so much more convenient and no card to keep up with.
- The water smelled like sewer and the water would not get hot
- The dated rooms and very dirty jacuzzi. The hallway's and restaurant's AC were not at cool temperatures at all. The only decent liquor was Bacardi Silver and were always running out it and would not replace it.

The food, pool and views.
Staff is clueless. Hotel is more catered to members even though most of the guests aren?t members. Timing for everything is off. Pool closes at 8pm all restaurants close at 10pm. Swim up bar doesn?t open until 11am. Not for me
