- The staff and customer service was excellent.
- Loved the location and the rooms were beautiful. The beach was beautiful and the pools atmosphere was great.

- One time lack of communication when it came to restaurant service with staff.
- The food options were not great. The fact that reservations need to be made for majority of the restaurants was not ideal. Services was very slow. My AC unit was faulty and remained faulty despite maintenance come to look at the issue. Lots of creatures.

Loved the location and the rooms were beautiful. The beach was beautiful and the pools atmosphere was great.
