The dog will not be able to enter consumption centers, swimming pools, gyms, event halls and restricted areas. The Guest will be responsible for the behavior of their dog and is obliged to pay for any damage or loss if it affects another guest, collaborator or client, or the hotel's facilities and/or furniture. For emotional support dogs, only one dog is accepted, and a medical certificate issued by a mental health specialist with a seal and professional license must be presented, valid for up to 12 months before the date of entry.
