We had a room on the first floor. I will not recommend that! Stree level meant that cars and people were our constant companions.

Jala is a fabulous town. The hotel is well situated in the centre of town. Its a shame there aren't other hotels in the town as it's a fabulous place. The rooms are ok. The rooftop chairs were grubby. The staff are great,
It needs some cleaning and fixing. The window shutters aren't secure. The rooftop seats are dirty.

the suite was spectacularly large and so is the entire building. Great views from the roof-top restaurant.
The restaurant seemed a bit understaffed, so service was a bit chaotic.
The place is actually amazing and in this small town where there is basically nobody but peace and tranquility.
The staff is super cold and definitely not used to customers.Kids (not from the guests) playing in the atrium can be really noisy and annoying.
