peace and quiet it was excellent. great value always felt safe and the staff was always helpful.
The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. So close to the town. I felt really safe in this area considering I was a solo female. It's been a great trip thank you
Hôtel could do with a little updating on the outside.
The location was just perfect to visit Tepoztlan by foot. The room is really big and comfortable with great views to the Tepozteco mountain and the garden/pool area. The private terrace is great. The staff was really amazing and helpful 10/10
The hit tub was dirty beyond comprehension. There were insects in the room like spiders (medium big size), some ants, and other ones that I don't know. The room is old with humidity odor and mold, and the shower isn't working properly. The shades were dirty.
The location is very good, very comfortable beds and overall room distribution. The reception staff is very good. Parking on premise.
The room had a lot of dead bugs, stains in cushions, very slow service at restaurant and basic breakfast (didn’t came as mentioned in the menu). The price I paid wasn’t even close for what I was expecting.
Nice big rooms, staff was super helpful and nice.
A bit warm and no air conditioning.Towels were old and stained. No bath mat. Some features need repair, like the wood in the vanity.
The refreshing pool at this property is an excellent ending to a long day of exploring Tepoztlan. There is a beautiful view from the rooftop bar, and the location is just right – off the main street's hustle and bustle in a quiet alleyway.
Good location, good size room, and beds. Wish it did not rain to be able to enjoy the pool. Loved that it was quiet.
Everything was good, did not have any complains.
Nice location
The place is lacking maintenance. No bar service so you can't even get a beer at the pool. Very noisy at night. The hotel reception couldn't even get a taxi cab to pick us up.
The location and the photos look amazing but overpriced for the are, (and the photos are very well taken)
It’s extremely basic, motel vibes, no air, staff is short and not very polite when I came back from an event at 2 am and needed the garage open. The room has a smell, the water in the shower didn’t go through. I honestly think it would be ok if the price was lower. I chose to Pat a little extra cause it looked great on the photos but the hotel is dead. Empty beer bottles by the pool all night. No service of anything g besides the two bottles of water they give you. No help with luggage, nobody welcomes you. And at 150 usd dollars a night in Tepoztlan, you expect more
The location is great . The terrace where the breakfast is served has fantastic views
The rooms had a very strong smell of drainage at night making it so difficult to sleep. The jacuzzi wasn’t cleaned properly . Few hairs around the tap .No toilet paper in the room at arrival The cot request wasn’t fulfilled as they have said service is not provided, however it is showing on the website as available
Breakfast area had a fabulous view and good food.Loved the generous size of the rooms. The location is grest.
Suggest ownership need to increase towel supply
The location and that the facility had good parking and good infrastructure
Somewhta the rooms had a particular smell
The decor and the design of the property are a cut above, especially in this price range. The pool area was also quite nice.
We couldn’t figure out how to get the tv to work. Also, the shower drainage was a little slow, which led to concerns about flooding.
pool area was very relaxing! good location. a good sized desk to work on if needed with good wifi. good storage for clothes.
no cot was available for our baby to sleep in. breakfast service was a bit slow.
It's a nice location, off the busy main streets but still an easy walk to the center and near some.great restaurants and cute shops. The pool is small bit nice and there are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. The rooms are big, well appointed and clean. The staff were all lovely. I'd definitely stay here again.
The hotel is quite nice but there are a few things they could do to make the ace exceptional. The towels are old and worn, some had holes, the pillows were super soft and not the highest quality. The curtains didn't fully cover the windows so the outside lights streamed in all night, making the room very bright, and a woman looking for someone peeked in and saw me sitting in bed. They didn't have any plans milks or vegan options on the restaurant menu.
Almost a great hotel missing basicsNumber one .Get some internet. You claim internet in public places. Well it doesn't work in reception area and the connection doesn't exist in the rest of the property either. For maybe 2000 pesos or one night of money from one room you could get two or more extenders and actually give internet to the whole property. Lazy not to bother .Oh , and the pool? Why is it closed on Tuesday and Wednesday? Then suddenly opens when we leave on Thursday. Rude. Lazy.We stayed in room 11.Fix the lock on the door so that it enters the frame and gives security.Get some black out curtains!???Turn off the light outside the window during the night maybe.Get some pressure in the water in the " lovely" shower.Put the fridge in the wardrobe so it doesn't heat the room and make a load of noise.Get a fan on the ceiling or at least a portable one that doesn't sound like a tornado.Put some oil on the bed frame.Secure the cabecera headboard to the wall.Remove the struts under the bed that make noise. Remove the frame of the bed so that you don't smash your knee against it and end up bruised for sharp corners. Just have a base and the colchon.Change the switch on the bedside table so that it is actually pressable- a strange one that.Put more than half a toilet roll in the bathroom. IE a spare.Maybe a box of tissues would be a simple touch that costs the hotel 1 peso per night. I mean the furniture is beautiful, the drawers, the lamps that don't work, the garden lovely, the ambience , the water feature in reception that's turned off, the pool that's unavailable . So simple to make the place wonderful and strikes me as complete idiocy or laziness not to bother with tiny things that cost nothing.Great location.Helpful reception with taxi to Pullman bus stop for bus to tasquena.I so almost loved the place. It winds me up.
Photos on Booking.com are absolutely misleading. Property is neglected, furniture is damaged and in bad shape. Although it can be seen that money was put into the property, it has been neglected, sort of abandoned maintenance wise.
Photos in Booking show a pretty much modern brand new property, well maintained. Too far from the real thing. Property is neglected. Badly maintained. And we stayed at the MASTER SUITE.... I just wonder how the regular rooms are... Bad.
