Beautiful Location

There is a road which runs directly through middle of the resort and trucks and vehicles drive through non stop. Defeats the entire zen atmosphere.

Very cool design and amazing views. All the staff we interacted with from groundskeepers to servers were very welcoming.

Some guests were not on the same chill vibe making an egregious amount of noise not appropriate for the setting. Shower was very weak and unsatisfying. Hot tub was tiny.

at night i had to wait like 15 minutes or more for us to know where to park our car even when I paid for private parking.

Spa, food, views. The place is beautiful.

Bathroom facilites. Shower with very poor water pressure. Service at check out was pretty disappointing and hostile.

They have to make sure they are cleaning some of the pools a little better. Better filters

Beautiful, serene, and well cared for property surrounded by the mountains. It's so tranquil and peaceful here. Yoga with Desiclava, meditation, and all the other classes offered were great. Pool and spa was relaxing.

Flies outside during meals on the patio was a little bothersome. Also hot water took a while to kick in.

Restaurant, very poor service, taste and overpriced. Bad coffee. Not enough availability for every guest to be by the pool

liked the extra activities especially the amazing sound bath. I didn't get a chance total a yoga class. I did get a massage and that was really beneficial. Although i do not speak much Spanish, the staff was very helpful to help with translations.

Perhaps they could hire more people who speak English. My friend spoke Spanish and i have a google translate but it would help to have more English spoken. The beds in Bindu were a little too firm.In Tierra they were nice because of the mattress topper.

The surroundings and holistic offers

The room was old it needs renovations and deep cleaning. There was no internet or receptions for our phones. The holistic offers are great and the vibe and outsides have always a been amazing.

The view was amazing!!!The room was good, only the matress and the pillows were unconfortable. There were not enough drawers.

no reception on celphone, but that is the experience to let go, and relax

Totally amazing place. Beautiful, quiet, lots of lovely spaces to relax. Decent restuarant.

It’s nice the construction

From the room to amenities, there must be 200 stairs…. It’s a hotel ONLY for young people Not for elderly and impossible for handicapped

The location and the therapeutic services such as temazcal and massages.

The food was terrible, I don’t think it is worth the price.

The facilities, comfort and the view were stunning , we loved it !

The receptionists were not very friendly, when we asked for recommendations of where to eat or do a Temazcal outside the facilities , we felt it was rude to ask.
