La Buena Vibra Wellness Resort & Spa

Excellent service. Beautiful gardens. Delicious breakfast was included. The restaurant in general is very good. While we did venture into town several times, we ate all meals at the hotel.

It's far from town, requiring taxi rides. Roads are in very poor condition. If you just want to relax and stay on the hotel property, it is very beautiful. But the taxis are inexpensive and readily available.

Very beautiful and quiet location. Hidden paradise surrounded by Tepoztlan mountains. The territory is huge like a big botanic garden. Breakfast was good and overall we liked the restaurant. Staff is very attentive. Spa is great with a wide selection of treatments.

Accommodations were expensive but comfortable, restaurant provided excellent service, food was good, spa massage was pricey but good., pools were nice.

The cleanliness and the landscaping is flawless. The views are beautiful. Breakfast is amazing!

Layout, location, amenities, everything was perfect

The room’s bathroom was detached from the room, itself, with a separate key. Had to leave the room to use ot, although the bathroom was private. That made ist quite difficult overnight for getting from the room to it in the dark.

I loved everything about this hotel! The views, restaurants, service, cleanliness, yoga ..

Spa could be better.. with jacuzzi etc

In the beginng gave us a wrong room a downgrade, while we had superior room. Luckily they fixed it

Excellent and beautiful garden

The toilet was outside the room, but very close. The room had two big windows but one needed to keep the curtains closed almost all the time to secure the privacy. The pool side did not have enough space afternoon. Quite a heavy breakfast options.

The facility’s, the decoration, the food

It’s a very nice hotel but we feel they want to change extra money for everything! They say one thing and then other. So we were not that comfy, also for been wellness is lacking vegan options

Beautiful property, lovely garden, pools. Large room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. The hotel caters to adults who want tranquility and a serene environment in which to relax, take a yoga or a meditation class. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant is wonderful with many delicious and healthy options.

The pool chairs were mostly broken and no service at the pool. Both pools were very dirty. I understand the leafs and some bugs but it was ex session.

It is a beautiful hotel in an amazing location.Its full of little details and hidden areas that gives an amazing vacation and relaxing feeling, and everything perfectly decorated and taken care of.The food is delicious and very well served

There was a problem in our room with the hot water, sometimes it worked sometimes it didnt, and when it worked it took very long to come out, we had to leave the water running like 10 minutes before it started.We reported it several times, and they told us always they would check it but it never really worked.There is a little artificial river in the gardens with some fishes in it, is very beautiful but the water level was very low and the poor fishes were really struggling to keep themselves in the water

The Location is Amazing.

The roads going to the resort are appalling. Very rough. Getting out of town was very difficult as well as there was many roads closed and we many many attempts to find another way out of town including having to go up one way streets the wrong way to find an exit.

Hotel exceeded my exactions, it's beautiful and has many spaces for many activities. I visited for Holistic Fest and it was incredible.

However I would like to point out that the room we were given wasn't the same category as the one we paid:(

Food was overpriced and not as good as much cheaper local restaurants in Tepoztlan

The hotel is one of the most peaceful retreats we have ever experienced. Luxurious, beautiful and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at the restaurant and the meditation and yoga suites. Reception staff were always on hand to help with any questions and helped order us a taxi and luggage storage upon check out.

Communication of upcoming activities at reception was not the best. Better communication between the spa and the reception would be great. The room was wonderful but small things could have been improved such as, a wifi code upon arrival, being made aware that the bluetooth speaker remote needs to be requested and is not provided. The hotel "manual" did not come with breakfast times and a menu would be useful when ordering room service.

Amazing location, beautiful surroundings and rooms are exceptional. Lots of activities to do in the hotel. The included breakfast was incredible too! Perfect for a romantic getaway with your other half.

It would have been nice to have a TV in the room.
