Breakfast was convenient and offered multiple options. Having Starbucks on site was delightful. They gym was open 24 hrs and had a nice cardio selection.

Our AC unit did not work in the room but in general the temperature remained very comfortable the whole time and we did not realize until the last couple of days of our stay.

Handicap rooms only available for a single bed nor for a doble bed room

The breakfast buffet is fenomenal. The food was out of this world.

The beds are a little hard for me. I was told by staff they will be replacing the mattress soon.

The breakfast was excellent. The quiet of the room was very confortable and it is possible to read and reflect. The swimming pool was a moment of relax for everybody of my members of my family. I have used this hotel every time I go to La Piedad. Thank you.

Anything. My family was pleasant of the short time we pass during one day. For the Economical Crisis who are living I think that the prices of the breakfast are some high, but the food was very good.

Well, upon arrival, I asked the reception man what were the chances of a free upgrade and he just laughed at me and made me feel very uncomfortable by asking this question. My logic is always if you do not ask you do not get so I just asked the question, but like I said, I was just laughed I made to look an idiot so the receptionist staff need to practice their experience on looking after customers and also the bathroom shower bath was terrible. We could not drain the water away from the bath because the sink hole was not working properly and the water was not draining from the bath. So all in all not a very pleasant day this time. And plus we did put in a request for a same level rooms, because my mother-in-law was unable to get up and down the stairs properly but that request was not given to her

I asked for a quiet room, and I got it and loved it!

The kitchen and room service is sloooow and and times mediocre. Lots of miscommunications. I also would like to suggest a small refrigerator. This is the only hotel I’ve ever stayed at with no refrigerator!!

As always, very clean, presentable, beautiful location. Located outside but that has its advantage. Very friendly staff as well.

It’s located on outskirts of city moving around is kind of hard. Restaurants nearby are not that good but one in hotel is ok

This was the best holiday in we have ever seen and was nothing like chingy’s holiday inn vibe. It was much more polished and the staff was great.

This supplied more than expected for a little neighborhood hotel.
