- All the staff is very welcoming, professional warm. Just excellent. I do love this hotel and I would back anytime. I need more words to describe how good this hotel is.
- Great stay and good value, but location is little difficult if you have a car. . Room was very spacious and king bed comfortable. Two small water bottles are complementary and are a nice touch.

Great stay and good value, but location is little difficult if you have a car. . Room was very spacious and king bed comfortable. Two small water bottles are complementary and are a nice touch.

Rooms are good in size and clean.
Hotel phone system faulty. Incompetent front desk. Horrible location. Access is good only from north direction from Avila Camacho highway. From any other direction, use GPS, doors locked & windows closed (tricky drive through very bad neighborhood).
