Perfect service, room is very comfortable the location is very good and near shopping center.
Coffee in the breakfast corner taste like soap.
Upon arrival we were informed by the front desk that they do not have the rooms we booked. We called the manager and explained they can not do this. The manager corrected the problem and gave us the rooms we booked.( Manager was very supportive) however this is not how it is supposed to be that the guest has to call manager. ( you can not change guests reservations without notifying them in advance) you should give them an opportunity to cancel and book some where other. Very bad experience.
Monopoly’s they play at the front desk. They want to put you in smaller rooms. They do not want to give you the room you booked.
