- The staff is amazing, Bernardo Ruiz would do anything just to make his guests happy. The place has a parking lot, so you can leave your car there and just walk everywhere in the village. He also speaks English very well. The pool is great and the breakfast is really good (tipical mexican)
Cons -
- The horrible and irrespecful service since we arrived, the food was so expensive and everything was cold, not a good taste at all. The water was so cold that no one could take a shower, and some people said they waited about 30 min to feel the water warm enough to get a bath. I talked to the owner to let him know about the bad experience just to improve so other people don't go true that too, and he was sarcastic and rude as well. I will never be there again.
- I have been there in November, so it was ok in the room, not very hot, I'm not sure how it works in the summer, as the room had no air conditioning. The only thing that I didn't like is not directly connected to the hotel - the rode where the hotel is, was on construction at that time, so it was kind of difficult to manage a small car there and I got a scratch on the side from a big boulder.
