The location closed to where we wanted to stay.

Blankets had some stains and blankets were really hard made out from some heavy duty material durable but no confortable .

Very clean offered cafe and tea all day. Enjoyed the hand soap and shampoo in large containers. Need key to get to top floors. At a uber within 10 minutes.

The Air-conditioning sistem is connected to the kitchen , you can smell the food like if it was in the room , we where on 7th floor, we will not stay in this hotel again.

Everything (air conditioning, plumbing, lights) worked properly -- a bonus in México!

Because of the hotel's design and hard surfaces, every noise from the hallway was audible in our room.

It was clean, good location right next to a supermarket, easy to check in

A bit too basic for the price, I felt like it should be a bit cheaper

The location was the best. Staff always delivered excelente service.

The cups for the coffee etc were very used maybe needs new ones.

noise isolation wasnt good, can hear all the cars from the street, can hear all the noise coming from the next room. Breakfast is simple.

It was kind of noisy night due to the fact that is next to a pretty busy avenue , and there was no hot water I had a hot shower

The guy in the reception was not kind . The cleanliness is bad , especially in the shower it was full of mold

The staff super friendly bout the room are cute small and the towels in 3rd quality other that I thank the personal front desk and all for the service

The room. To small special if you are two person whit big luggage ? and the towels are in bad shape 3rd quality

The was great location clean we have trouble with the TV. But they came and fixed. And wonderful breakfast ?

The bathroom was to small and the flush of the toilet was not the good

the housekeeper who’s name is grace or gray was nice.

The administratior told us he did not view the note where I requested the rooms together. we ended up going back and forth between the elevator grabbing things from one place to another. He did not care plus he was in a bad mood which is unacceptable.

Fatima at the front desk is an exceptional staff member. Very customer focused. A total professional.Breakfast was a nice touch. Bed was comfortable.

Too close to the highway, very noisy, trucks using Jake brakes all night long.

Was provided with a 2nd room that was clean and neat. Husband appreciated that AC unit worked.

Given 1st room and it was dirty/used. Bathroom towels used left on counter. Trashcan had garbage in them.

It’s inside a shopping plaza, it’s difficult to go find the hotel, the hotel it’s next to a big highway you can hear all the semi trucks breaking

bed was AWFUL, pillows were thin. Elevators didnt work sometimes, room phone was faulty.

It was close to grocery store, places to eat & main highway.

The air conditioner wasn’t working in our room, but we were moved to a room where it was. A man, we thought was the manager helped us move- so we thought that was very nice. Whenever we had a question he would answer it for us.

The breakfastbuffet was small, but pretty good and the bed was pretty good as well. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel requires a lot of maintenance and repairs. Water stains, broken or loose furniture and flooring. Also, the Hotel One Tapatio is right on the highway and very noisy.

Air conditioner worked well…

Shower head was missing rubber tips causing uneven spray of water. Bedroom Floor was damaged due to water . Kinda loud due to location near the main road …
