Easy Uber to Centro GDL

Disconnect for HE Inn transportation. The shuttle bus goes to International Hotel Shuttle pickup. Airport signs and locals point to domestic hotel shuttle pickup. Multiple calls to hotel staff could not relay disconnect. Had to take Uber to resolve.

The shuttle driver asking for a tip when dropping us off at the airport. He wasn't really friendly at all.

Decent size room, quiet floor, location and amenities.

Staff was not very friendly, specially at front desk they seemed annoyed when approached. Pool water was always too cold and made it hard to try suspire the hot weather. Towels looked and felt hard.

Clean room, comfortable bed and very friendly and helpful front desk staff.

Close to aeropuerto. Totally un-reliable shuttle service after maticulous planning on my part to have it there- over an hour running back and forth on the curb -horrible experience. The bathroom in my room was not clean. There was glop around the sink .

I called several times, weeks before then days before, to schedule the shuttle pick up at the airport. The shuttle did not come to the specific place they told me numerous times to stand - right out the door from Starbucks. A man on the curb helped me.

Even though it was non smoking the room smelled a little like smoke. There was not enough shuttle service so I had to pay for two taxis to get to the airport.

Do not want to stay on entrance side again to much noise

We just spent some hours for resting in this hotel (just for a long layover) The room was without a carpet, thanks!!!! (carpet makes the room look 'dirtier').

1 The room was not clean. The faucet and the shower are old and don’t open or close properly. There is no room service for food.

It was clean, the beds and pillows were amazing. The bathroom and toilet is good. The check in was fast (3 minutes) and the staff is friendly. The lobby and dining area was a pool view and is modern. This Holiday Inn Express is by far better than any other hotel near by. I’ve stayed in 4 other hotels near the GDL Airport and this Holiday Inn is by far the best. Also, Dennys Is literally next door (30 feet away from each other).

The breakfast is good but it’s the standard “continental breakfast”. The good thing is that Dennys is 30 feet away and Chili’s is 200 feet away.

Break fast was good but still there should be live counter to provide items like omlette etc....
