Avid Hotels Guadalajara Aeropuerto Norte By IHG

Horrible service, no help with luggage or any type of help service. Sit in their desk all day. Breakfast area is small and small serving of limited variety. The kitchen Chef was the only was so serving and attentive to people’s needs at breakfast time.

Bad service and infested of bedbugs.

Clean and modern

Traffic and construction made it madness to get in and out.

Clean hotel, great bed.

Kind if weird smell from the bathroom, poor breakfast, location was bad, far from airport and far from center, basically no restaurants close by.

The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and tge staff was great.

Location and cleanliness

Shower hot water only

Room was clean and comfortable

The rooms were not ready until almost 7 pm. This was a Sunday and there were many checkouts from the Saturday night groups.

clean modern large room and safe box

too far from the downtown and mot close enough to the airport

Room was spotless and bed was super comfy. Staff was incredible too: I had a noise complaint in the wee hours of the night and I was quickly transferred to a new room. Also loved that they arranged free transportation to the airport.

Breakfast was bland and looked cheap. There’s a lot of construction going on in the area and it isn’t as convenient to go to the center of the city.

I was impressed everything was great felt safe , and the rooms were very clean and staff was very friendly

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel

Super clean, delicious full breakfast, staff awesome very professional. I'm booking again here...love it. Transportation included to the airport that's a plus and the driver was very nice and friendly.

I have no complaints.

Very comfortable rooms, very good and practical breakfast. It was a little bit tricky to get into the parking lot because there are road works and commercial area construction works simultaneously, but it is a temporary condition. Very good location, specially if you are going to the airport, the east side of the city or if you plan to travel the next day to the east (you will avoid local traffic jams). I would definitely stay there again.

The commercial area is still under construction but it is only a temporary condition. I'm sure they will be 100% operational very soon.

The location, super clean & the bed was super comfortable!

Great Location everything needed localHighly recommended

Over all great safe and clean location

Very, very clean.

It was under construction the main road, which made the trip a little bit difficult to get to the property.

Everything really nice and staff super attentive

Traffic to get there and that there was no shuttle from airport to hotel.

workers

Excellent hotel all-around will definitely seek for the brand in the future

Friendly and safe
