No es Hotel 4.5 Lunas como presumen. Apenas seis 3 y medio, y por eso es que Deja mucho que desear y uno esperaba mucho más en todo.

Problemas left and right

The fact that my check-in was not on time, I had to wait two hours to be able to even get a response. And then I got charged twice. That’s just for the starts.For example, staff was not friendly enough. There is not enough people to cover everybody needs. Bathrooms were out of toilet paper. I know have to contact Super.com to get figure as why they charge me twice. I don’t wanna do it right now because then I will spend the rest of my vacation doing that. But definitely I wouldn’t recommend the headache here, so please look somewhere else.

The beach entrance and friendly employees

The hotel needs to practice better food safety in order to avoid food poisoning. Recycled cups were given back dirty with other people lip stains still on it or previous drink residue. The food was either cold when needed to be hot or hot when needed to be refrigerated. The quality of the food is low. Expected more from an all inclusive four star hotel. It’s not worth the price. The drinks are very limited and watered down. A simple Pepsi tasted like iced water. The pool water was salty and dirty. The last day i spent it feeling very sick. Extreme stomach pain,diarrhea, fever, chills and nausea: Food intoxicated to be exact from the sushi i assume but it could’ve been from the regular buffet food as well. There was construction going on so the noise was very disturbing. As for housekeeping they just did the beds they dont bother wiping down the sink or taking out the trash. The towels were dirty im talking yellow stained. There are wild iguanas, raccoons and a cat which follow you around when they smell the food. Waiting to be fed which people did. The “shows” are not that interesting. One of the singers sounded like it was karaoke night at 3am.

The view of the ocean was amazing and so gorgeous. The buffet was decently good and the drinks were excellent but for an all inclusive I would give it a 10/10.

I didn’t like that the bathrooms in the bedroom aren’t fully private so you can hear everyone’s business but other than that I absolutely loved this hotel!

Rooms not maintained, patio door doesn’t lock, floors dirty, burnt out light bulbs in the room, light fixture damaged and dirty.

The easy access to the beach an the food options Mexican restaurant was my favorite amazing staff

The run down fans and areas of the property that need to be re done due to rust the day pass people take over a majority of the pool property which is not fair to the ones staying over time along with the bottle of alcohol taken in by numerous of people

Great proximity to the airport.

Old and outdated. The jacuzzi tub would not heat up nor had functional jets. They sent someone up after asking to change rooms to a functional tub to fix the heat but even the maintenance man laughed at the fact that we thought he would be able to do anything about the jets because of how old it was. The fiberglass is even split through. Staff will argue tooth and nail about everything including requesting that all wet towels are returned to housekeeping before you can have additional shower towels or shampoo and conditioner. Reservations are required for dinner but you cannot make a reservation for dinner without using a QR code and creating an account to see 3 available time slots for the whole night (unless you sign up for a timeshare presentation then anything is possible).

Sun loungers are all reserved before 8 am, and the hotel policy being that this is not enforced in any way.Al'acart restraunts not open daily so forced to eat from the self serve buffet which is passable, just!Noisy with construction of a new hotel within the grounds for all of 2025

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent stay at your hotel from April 10th to 17th. Despite my high expectations for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation, my experience at your hotel was far from satisfactory.Upon arrival, I was informed that my room was reserved at the Hacienda Hotel, which was designated as adults-only. Despite mentioning that I was traveling with my 18-month-old daughter, I was not offered a child-friendly alternative until I requested it. When I was finally checked into my room, I was shocked to find it in a state of disrepair. The couches were stained, the bedside table had corrosion, and the shades and blankets had visible marks and stains. This is not acceptable for a hotel of your caliber.After complaining to the concierge, I was offered another room, which was almost in the same condition. I was so desperate for a decent room that I accepted the offer to upgrade for an additional $850. It was clear that the hotel was understaffed, as all of my room service requests were delayed without proper communication.To make matters worse, one night, there was a whole wedding happening in front of our room without any prior notice. The loud music and fireworks lasted the entire night, preventing my daughter from sleeping and ruining our night and the day after. Despite my complaints, the hotel staff was unresponsive and indifferent to our needs.Overall, my experience at your hotel was unsatisfactory, and it has ruined our vacation. The hotel charged us the maximum amount possible, and I believe I deserve a full refund. I have attached pictures of the first room's dirtiness and films of the wedding and fireworks as proof of my complaint.I hope you take my complaint seriously and compensate me accordingly for the inconvenience caused. untrained staff, overbooking the space, cleanliness, responsiveness, lack of communication, not caring about the guest experience, loud environment

The personnel is very attentive and kind to customers. The facilities were also in good shape.

In the reception there are some vacationing club plan sellers who may insist too much about joining the club. They charged me 100MXN to participate in a tour through the facilities and a breakfast. The hotel personnel was not able to give me more information about the vacationing club so there was some disconnection between both teams.At the end I lost my 100MXN and was left with a feeling of being scammed. Probably they should not try selling the vacationing plans to customers who already have a reservation and already payed for being in the hotel. If one pays for all-inclusive packages, it results annoying to have people in the hotel trying to get more money out of such customers.

Bartenders and pool staff were exceptional

We did not have hot water for most of our vacation to take showers. The food was not that great at the buffet the reservation process to make your reservations for dinner was not easy to use.

Lots of variety for Breakfast! The hosts were awesome and so friendly.

That the games they played at the pool were all in Spanish were all in Spanish. I felt it excluded a lot of people who otherwise might have liked to play. Same with Bingo I had to ask the girl to do it in English.

Good ( if early) The staff were excellent, very helpful and kind.

Too many people around the pool, no beds, guests putting towels out for several hours and keeping sunbeds,The lift area was damp, smelly and very old.The room dated and tired,especially the sink, cracked and tap was discoloured.Generlly the place is oversold and tired, though staff were all very nice, and very busy with the all inclusives

The check in took too long, they kept us waiting for more than an hour. The room they gave us had the AC broken and they didn’t took action about it until about 3 days later. They changed our room the last evening, it was not a pleasant experience.

Close to the airport.Most (not all) of the staff was outstanding, specially Daniel (beach/pool area) and Maribel (coffee place) they gave a very pleasant stay.Good price and amenities in general are ok.

BUGS!!! we booked 3 rooms and got them all on different floors (2, 3 & 6th floor) and all of them had bugs like litlle roaches, also in the hallways so it looks like an issue in the whole hotel, we had to take special care of the luggage as they went in there as well

I have come here for many years. The hotel with sister hotel is a great optipn of diversity. Ernesto at the infinity pool upstairs is fantastic as is the majority of staff.

Lets update many things and have simple things like linens pillows etc updated. Also front desk needs much better commincation. Spa was horriible experience and wont use again. Also feel this is catering to local clientel. Pools were filthy.. french resteraunt came with the frencg attitude but horrible food. How do you screw up french onions soup

The whole place is great, we stayed at the “La hacienda” area, which is only for adults, it’s fancier and the staff is better.

As I said before it is “adults only” but we saw kids in this area which was kind of confusing.

We really enjoyed the adult’s area! Because it was beautiful and kind of quiet, so we enjoyed the gorgeous pool, even to walked around the property under the rain was the best experience ever!!
