Villa Divina Luxury Boutique - Adults Only

Gorgeous view. Calm neighborhood. Clean spacious rooms. Nice staff. It's a very small hotel with few rooms so it never felt crowded or loud. The breakfast food was amazing as well.

The front door is unlocked with a physical key so we had to ask for somebody to let us in or out.I think it's also quite overpriced.

Terrible dangerous experience

Deck slippery like ice. Fell on deck fractured skull, bleeding on brain, possible operation needed on brain. Spent theee days in ICU. Hotel said they take no responsibility... they said not their responsibility sorry! Horrible it costs me $12,000 in usd medical ICU costs and travel and they don't care they said go after them if we feel fit, DO NOT GO HERE

The views are outstanding! The rooms are nice, and pool area is divine! The food was deliciious and cooked It's a great place for lovers to get away!

Water bottles provided in the rooms. Fruit or bagged snacks available in the bar area for guests to access at all times of day. Food is limited to serving hours. No access to the beach front unless you take a taxi or walk down a very steep cobblestone hill.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, with amazing ocean sunset views! Located in a nice, safe, quiet area close to everything (by car). The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff was very very friendly and accomodating!

-We booked a room with jacuzzi on the balcony. The jacuzzi was not warm until the day before we left (4 nt stay). Might not have made a difference in summer, but it was still chilly in Feb evenings so we could only use it one night.-There was no mini frig in the room, so we had no place to keep our own beverages. We asked for an ice bucket but were told "No. Ice buckets are only provided with room service orders." Apparently a room rate of $500+/nt isn't enough to get ice.-Guests are not allowed to leave the premises unless one of the hotel staff lets you out. You're virtually locked in. I found it only a little annoying, but it could be a safety issue.

The staff, Lupita, Carmen, Pasqual, Oscar and Juannniiitooo, were all wonderful and took such good care of us. Beautiful rooms, great bathroom, lovely art and fantastic views and yummy food on-site. Closest thing to having your own villa! Such a gem of a property. I would absolutely recommend it. And book directly with Villa Divina instead of through this app to get better prices!

EVERYTHING! The property itself is phenomenal, but the staff really makes it special. Carmen, Pascual, and the entire staff truly care about your experience.

Location, location, location! Beautiful views that can't beat. Felt like we were in Italy with the views of the Villas below. Carmen at the Front Desk was the best at accommodating our needs. In fact all of the staff there was first rate! Would definitely return again!

Not much to dislike.

Villa Divina is a great boutique hotel just outside of zona romantica. Incredible views from any room and the infinity pool is beautiful. Highly recommend!

Rooms, view, staff were amazing. 25 minute walk down the hill to the main city center or a 3 minute Uber. Book in advance for the penthouse, definitely the best value for money in Puerto Vallarta.

I liked the room size and cleanliness.

To far from the beach, requires taxi service anywhere you go.

The property exceeded our expectations. Everything was extra clean and maintained. Beautiful views from just about anywhere in the villa. Did some whale watching from our room. The service was top notch. The staff were incredible, going the extra mile to make the stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible. after our daily adventures we always looked forward to coming back to this welcoming beautiful villa.

The facilities and service at Villa Divina were unbeatable! Our room was beautiful, very large and had an amazing ocean view. All of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely lovely every step of the way. The food and drinks at the hotel was delicious and the beach near by was quaint and peaceful! We will definitely be staying at Villa Divina on our next visit!

Everything was wonderful

It has wonderful views and has large well decorated and furnished rooms. Intimate.

Unfortunately they had to empty and make repairs to the pool while we were staying there…..we suspect to prepare for a family who had rented out the whole property the following week. Because of that we decided to leave a day early. The owners of the hotel refused to give us a one night refund, instead offering a bigger room with a tiny lap pool that never got the sun. They offered a one night credit for a future stay instead which is meaningless since we’re unlikely to visit PC again and wouldn’t choose this hotel because of their attitude. Staff are great though.

The pace is great. It has the most amazing views, great location up in the hills but not far from the beaches or the city center. The food is great and the staff fantastic.

Beautiful property up in the hills. Gorgeous view, good food all make Villa Divina an amazing place to stay. But the best thing about Villa Divina is the wonderful staff (Carmen, Jorge, Pascual, and Griselda), who are warm and happy to help with anything you need.

I liked everything. Even the walk up and down the hill!
