Pros +
- Location to the beach and the romantic zone
- Location. Proximity to beach and town center
- The location is great.
Cons -
- The bed was the worst bed I've slept on in decades-plywood with cotton over it. Just terribly hard- no topper even to compensate. Unless I can be assured of a better bed I'll never stay here again no matter the location and price 7 nites of hell rm #205
- Lack of toiletries
- This hotel is extremely outdated and worn. Didn¿t like the fact that no visitors were allowed and the gates were permanently locked to leave the property unless opened by a hotel worker (fire hazard) amd completely unacceptable.

I didn't like that you were not able to bring any guests to the hotel.
The staff is always trying to scam you to pay extra. They wanted to charge me almost double for having my kids stay at a condo with us.

I would not stay in this hotel again they were too many problems to list

The location
It seems like it’s just a bait to book elsewhere, right before our stay we got a message that said that their AC was broke and that they could accommodate us at another hotel. The hotel was nice but absolutely not where I wanted to stay, I specifically chose this place because of the location and they don’t even seem to have a beach front suite. So I am 100% sure it’s more of a bait to book at their other hotel.
Locked out of property all night, no desk staff to help. Returned next day to collect belongings and left.
Everything.
Location was wonderful, right on the beach. Facilities were very quiet....perfect for no -partiers
Despite having a Book.com confirmation number, facilities had no idea who we were and had no record of us arriving. This was 10pm at night after flying all day. Paid a very premium price to be oceanfront which we only had for a few days, then were told we had to move to a ground level street accommodation 2/3 the way through the holiday. No safes in rooms, Despite it being listed online.
Breathtaking views of the ocean in a spacious quiet street. Proximity to restaurants, shops and the Malecon.Facilities represent the typical Mexican charm of large rooms and open space with nice decor. Customer service was excellent and I will visit again.
Good Location. Value for Money. Large Ocean View room with Kitchen. Air Con worked perfectly. Clean and Tidy.
Staff (male at receiption) was rude, unfriendly, didnt smile, and sometimes staff were completely non existent.
No breakfast. Location perfect for Los Muertos beach
Linens, towels. Including beach towels. Hotel really needs to upgrade towels, linens, curtains. Furniture might to be better for the room rate charged
LocationBest shower I’ve ever had
Terrible towels and linens
We got stolen money from the room 50$
Property better presentation security cámaras
The location The washer and dryer in the unit
The AC unit was leaking water.
Most of the staff was polite and professional, the location was great, the safety flow of the area was the best. The layout of condos was good.
I was really disappointed with the reservations lady that works for the property. She left work that day without confirming our stay (and another guest) with lobby/staff personnel and so they were not expecting us, i had to pay cash (a hundred and fourty dolllars) for the first night again because reservations lady had gone home for the day; even though i had already paid via travel site. I had to go back to lobby/office the following day to sort that out and try to get my cash back which i did. I also had to make sure they were aware of any keys or remotes i did/didn’t get so that i wouldn't be charged for it like my surprise cash fee for the 1st night. Other than that 1st day disappointment, it was a good stay.
rooms were large but I was glad I got an ocean view room for view vs courtyard as it was a bit dark. no amenities at hotel but pool. no beach access.
reception was only open m-f 10-6 so if you needed anything or had questions, reception closed. the security guys were great but didn’t speak a lot of English. I arrived on Monday -a holiday and only security guy to give me key but didn’t know about anything else-no remotes, pool towels, Internet info. I thought that on Tuesday at 10, reception should have come to room snd explained all amenities as no instructions in room.
close to the beach one of the cleaning ladies was very nice
pictures do not look the same view of the dirt road with cats hanging out on patio no remotes provided the first night including a/c, tv or safety deposit no instructions on where pool or any other amenities no water or dish soap or paper towels in kitchen just had a really depressing motel feel with lights that remind me of a hospital surgical room
This Hotel/apartment wasn't what the website looked like. I wanted to change our room, but couldn't because we booked through Booking. com. It was a place to hang our hat. The bed was decent. Not bad to walk to places.
The refrigerator should have been already turned on. The microwave lights/timer didn't work. The shower light didn't work, the bedroom table lamps need to be replaced the switches aren't working safely. The fan in the living area pulls broke off in our hand. The drape to blocked out the incredibly bright street light needs to be a blackout drape. We had to ask for more toilet paper and to have our filtered water bottle to be replaced.
