The room

The check in was mid day. They made me wait more than 3 hours. After 3 pm they haven¿t available my room, I had to wait 45 more minutes. Bad attention.

New construction hotel many things not completed work still going on Directly across the street from cruise ship dock. View from front of building nice Breakfast was very good

Room did not yet have working phone. They were able to let us use the front desk phone

The pool area was nice .

It¿s a bit of a trek to the beach . Have to cross a very busy street.

Very clean, modern, and well-staffed. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly situated for the Puerto Magico Adventures excursions. We were right across the street from the boarding areas. Free breakfast and free wi-fi as well.

The breakfast offerings were a bit sparse, with a lot of the trays empty or with only one or two servings left on them, and they weren't refilled once the items were gone, even though we would get to the dining room around 9:15 am.

Very close to airport, easy access to the main road. Easy to get an Uber .

Front desk staff was rude and not accommodating. I got there at 1 pm. Had a long flight and it was SUPER HUMID!!!!!! She said check in was at 3 pm and made me wait till 2:55pm to check in . I would not stay there again !!!

Clean and modern. With a fun restaurant across the parking lot. Free shuttle to the airport. Hotel had great security and COVID practices l

The locations and the rooms are very quiet. Most hotels in Mexico are extremely noisy due to poor construction and obnoxious people. But, this place is very quiet and clean. The pool is nice as well the air conditioning. Close to Walmart and mall as well.

The staff can be super irritating. If you sit in the lobby at the front desk will interrupt you multiple times asking about your reservation even though you have one. Also, in the morning the cleaning staff will knock on your door every hour multiple time

Conveniently located for me to be between Central and Marina since I had to be at both places

I would have liked to been able to take a plate of breakfast to my room. Because of timing my medication‘s I don’t eat until 11 or after. They would not let me do that.

The pool was great to enjoy during the day and evening with comfortable lounge chairs. It was very convenient to have breakfast included in the stay and to eat something before early morning tours. The location worked well as its close by the marina for any boat tours and also close by the mall and grocery store. It was also easy to get an Uber from the hotel to get into downtown for dinner. The room was comfortable, some rooms with a view of the marina.

The room could have been a bit cleaner, there were hairs on the bedsheets and a bandaid stuck on the chair.

Location was perfect right at the cruise port!

The staff was very nice but there was a language gap that at times made things difficult, but we worked through it.

Near Airport. It has a swimming pool.

Rooms could be cleaner, especially the floors. Breakfast was included, but only the cold bufet, if you wish to eat something warm for breakfast e.g. eggs you need to pay extra. The beach is 20-30 minutes away walking (depending how fast you walk) When i arrived , 1h after the designated check in time, the room was not ready and i gad to waitAll of these can be improved with small changes.

Very small room - tight squeeze if you need to fit a crib in.

Breakfast was a real benefit and appreciated.

Had dinner in restaurant. It was just ok. Service was good. Food was limited.
