Cleanliness, room looks like a 3 star. Doors didn’t even have a seal and had large gaps. Some restaurants weren’t even open and some amenities not working.

Every staff member and every aspect of customer service was exceptional.

There was modest construction on the property during the daytime. Slight noise at the pool, otherwise no interference with our experience.

Kids Club, Food, Ambient. We love this hotel and will come back.

The room was very clean, bed super comfortable. Love the pool with swim up bar and hot tub. Hotel staff were very friendly.

We ate dinner at El Palamar and the food was meh, which we find is usually the case at these large hotels/resorts

The closeness to the beach

I imagine a lot of people that stay here speak English as their language and yet 90% of the tv channels are in Spanish. Also in the menus they should put the dollar amounts in English as well.

No draft beer at any bar or restaurant. Negro Model draft is my favorite which now closed nearby Hampton Inn always had. Hotel was not all inclusive meaning food and drinks included in the bill.

There was construction going on, which I umderstand is inevitable, but dampered the pool experience. So I spent more time shopping and drinking in the marina, which was walking distance. The night life in the area was a bit noisy.

The hotel did not have hot water during my entire stay. I had to check out early and find other accommodations. The hotel ignored me when I alerted them to the water conditions.

Give refunds when customers do not have adequate basic essentials at the hotel.

The food was good.

Room was dirty. Bugs in the room & furniture soiled. Bath tub was old & didn't look clean.

The service and the amenities are top notch!! I wish my partner and I could afford to take off a month to live at the Westin. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The pool and the beach are picture perfect. Even the weather was on our side!

I'm not a big fan of iguanas. The area is called 'iguana island' so if thats a no for you... you are warned. They were not in any of the rooms or common areas!!!! Which was amazing. But they do exist.

Great customer service. Their stuff is very friendly, accommodating and mindful. The staff was always happy to help with anything and they always smiled and tried to do their best.

It was a little run down but the quality of the customer service made it better.

The pool service was great.

Leave the lobby bar open until at least the closing time. Bartenders closed early for the two nights we were there and was rude about it.

The staff and service are amazing and friendly. My favorite part are the bay views, watching all the boats go out, and then the resort pool and grounds with all the palm trees, bar(s), and lounge chairs make for a totally relaxing afternoon.

Excellent hotel and property for the price point. Perfect location for Vallarta Marina, boating and sport fishing. Large, comfortable room with excellent view of Banderas Bay.

They really are following COVID-19 rules. They are a big hotel. I think they had about 20 rooms full. Covid-19 capacity is 25% full. You sanitize your shoes before entering the hotel and your hands. They also take your temperature. Recommended

The pool area is great and lots of places you can sit. Never felt crowded. The balcony was great to sit on and enjoy the view.

Wonderful pool and beautiful resort grounds. Great quality bedding.

Not much around the resort if you want to get out.
