- The pool facilities, view, and food quality were all very good.

- The Room was really nice. The service is exceptional and the location is great.
Cons -
- The staff ignores the guests. In the week that I stayed there, at both Eden and Mantamar, it took multiple minutes to get anyone to even acknowledge me. I counted 12 staff at Mantamar bar, all talking and laughing and not even looking at me.
- hotel staff will nickel and dime you for everything. don?t keep promises. fraudulent, deceptive, and irresponsible.
