The grounds magnificent palm trees lots of sun and shade throughout the day. Seven pools to choose from some heated so can always find a suitable one. Never too crowded. Very nice comfortable atmosphere.Close enough to everything walk to shopping mall

The rooms are out dated and the beds are HARD

It's chill and so close to everything. I highly recommend their restaurant!

Location is awesome. Best in PV. The grounds are beautiful and it feels private and tranquil inside. There are so many pools and beach access is easy. The place isn't overwhelming like some of the enormous hotels and the restaurant is great.

There is a swamp full of black water next to the hotel. Not their fault I assume, but it needs fixing. A decent size crocodile lives there too.The rooms are dated. For me and my partner it was ok, but I could see some people being turned off by the style. It was probably perfect in the early 80s so lacked outlets and lighting.

Beautiful grounds and view, low-key, not a high-rise tower, many pools to choose from, friendly people and community, great tennis courts, beach right there, and restaurant.

Unit was dated, some things need repair (screen door kept falling out of the track, we couldn't get the safe to work) and needs upgrades/remodel (bath fixtures/towels/kitchen utensils/closet and drawers)

The room for 5 of us was much bigger than expected. The balcony was very large. The kitchen was sparse on items, for example just 5 plates, 5 cups, 5 of everything. No big bowls for salad. Fans in every room, barely needed the AC. Lots of pools. My kids loved the pools and ocean. 15 min by bus to downtown. Great.

Kitchen could have had more items.

Great location on the beach and close to shopping. Pickleball courts!Very good cleaning service. Filtered / bottled water supplied in the room.

Some of the pool tiles need to be fixed. Sharp edges due to missing / damaged tiles. Not enough sun loungers on the beach. We only got to enjoy them one day as they were ”reserved” by others. No dishwasher in unit 15-123. Everything else was great!

Basic kitchen equipment was missing like: pot, pen plates etc.

On the ocean, close to services, well maintained and very adequate service and general employee presence. Very friendly and good vibe.

Access to close services required crossing busy streets but partly cultural so need to acclimate.

Low rise and laid back. Cool amount the trees and many pools to choose from

Nothing. It’s an older resort but great value and great location and a lovely feel.

I've always enjoyed the location. You're not in the hustle and bustle of the Malecon and convenience to Plaza Caracol for quick shopping and other needs is a plus. Ubers and/or busses stop right outside for your convenience as well to get you where you want to go. The property grounds are impeccably maintained as usual.

Door locks had difficulty. Bathrooms were semi modernized adjustable bed and couch cushions extremely uncomfortable and Ac in kitchen and dining area was definitely not as strong as in the bedroom. Place is somewhat outdated however they are making many updates from the sounds of all the construction going on in various units. And one day there was no water between 2 and 5 p.m. and we weren't notified of the inconvenience.

The room was a little run down and things were broke, the bed was just ok

We were close to another hotel that had really loud music that sometimes played until 11:30pm. Was too loud at night. Clean pools, great restaurant. The grounds were beautiful and really well maintained. We would go back!

We LOVE Los Tules and have been there many times. My favorite place in PV. It is so quiet and peaceful. The restaurant is very good and we like not having to get up at the crack of dawn to get a pool chair. It feels like I'm really in Mexico.

Our only complaint. This was the first time we had a room rather than an apartment. The small fridge didn't make ice and there was no where to get ice.

It was easy to check in and service was excellent. Los Tules is a wonderful place and the unit is in a good location. It could be excellent except for the following comments on updating.

The villa needs to be remodeled, especially the bathrooms and kitchen. they have the original tubs, showers and toilets that were put in 50 years ago. The stove has serious corrosion on the side. We had to call in a plumber to fix the sink faucet upstairs. they came quickly but there was water seeping all over the counter top.. The TV reception was on and off again especially in the evening when we wanted to watch it.

A little pricey and one of the bathroom sinks was broken near the pool we used.

Loved the lush grounds around the property, all the tropical plants and trees. The restaurant on the property was affordable with many tasty options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The large property meant it was a nice quiet place to stay without a lot of intruding city noises.

Rooms look a little tired and could use some updates. Noticeable lack of electric outlets meant we had to unplug things to plug in our needed phone chargers.
