The room was quiet , had good television channel selection in both English and Spanish.

Nothing in the room, stripped bare, location, medicro overpriced breakfast, overpriced hotel,only way in and out via elevator, sun gone from entire pool deck before 4 pm,.......

A refrigerator in the room would be nice. It would be great to have an ice bucket and glasses in the room.

Nothing. It had a horrible sewage smell in the hallway and in the elevators. No refrigerator to place items in the room. No filtered water available to hotel guests. Pool area was not well maintained and somewhat deteriorated.

Hotel was very clean and bed was very comfortable.

Finding the entrance was a bit tricky. I didn't like the fact there was no one on first floor to greet you. Lobby is actually in different for abdomen staff was polite but not overly friendly or informative. Very difficult to get to the beach from hotel.

Great satellite TV selections in both English and Spanish they had local programming from Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York , comfortable beds nice ocean views from rooms and a upscale shopping mall attached to the hotel and for the most part quiet

The breakfast buffet although not bad was only average.

Friendly staff and good service. Overall was a wonderful stay at the hotel.

The towels. One night they didn't give us any clean towels & the floor mat was flooded under the sink wet. We made a complaint and they apologized. Our last night we had fresh towels however the floor Matt was once again flooded under the sink& still wet.

The rooms was modern, good shower, bed, even a bit of a workspace, good lighting. Close to everything and decently quiet. Very clean.

Rooms are on the small side. We ding them for not having a mini refrigerator, proud of their breakfast buffet but it was too expensive unless you were on an expense account.

The hotel is situated right in the middle of a shopping center where you can easily access restaurants, coffee shops and snacks. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very helpful and checking in and out was flexible and hassle free.

Not enough towels. I appreciate the modern minimalist design and approach, hut we could have used some hand towels and coffee stirring sticks.

The breakfast was great.

Front door needs more staff. Everytime I needed something from the desk, there was 1 person there. Frustrating. Didn't like staying in a shopping center that makes u wear masks outside.

The room was well payed out and appointed and the furnishings in good repair.

It was cold and the windows did not open for fresh air.

Bar service was only obtained after asking some if it was open. Took half an hour

I paid extra for “a view”. Online it showed a full picture of the ocean. In reality, I saw 3 tall apartment building and slivers of ocean in-between. Apparently, had I not reminded them at check-n, The would not have even had that, so I was grateful.

Terrible check to n process, very loud and echoey hallways, windows had face smudges on them and view was obstructed.
