- 2nd room reservation. Guest emailed hotel 2 days before to inquire about canceling. Appropriately they refused. Upon arrived they couldnâ≢t find reservation even though had printed confirmation #. No one onsite could help. Still waiting on credit.
- The room was very small and there wasn't a good spot to sit other than on the bed. There was a small foldout chair that looked like it was 100 years old and a couple of table chairs - none of which was particularly comfortable.
