Pros +
- The staff and people we meet
- Initial room assigned was bad (no view or balcony) even though booking.com told us we had booked a room with balcony and garden view. The hotel told us we booked a superior room which didn't have a balcony. However they offered us a better room with balcony and ocean view for an extra 500 pesos/night. It was well worth it and we really enjoyed our stay in the better room. They staff were all so helpful and pleasant.
- I liked that it was not too far from airport
Cons -
- They had a monster development going on no view noisey with the work going on while we were there
- The food could have been better. The alcohol was all cheap choices. The rooms were all basic. The entire stay was basic.
- The photographs make this hotel appear much nicer than it really is. The property is dated an poorly maintained. It might have been better 20 years ago. The guest rooms are sparse: one portrait on one wall and one light in the middle of the ceiling. The remote controls for the television and air conditioning are attached to the wall with short cables. The mattresses are hard foam. The shower needs at least 10 minutes to get hot water. The restaurant buffet is limited, with only a few choices. The food is entirely Mexican—i.e., real Mexican, not the Tex-Mex that foreigners know—and it is not particularly good by Mexican standards. The property has a large beach but only a few beach chairs, so one must arrive very early. One of the pools had noisy construction beginning at 8am, which made for a typical Third World travel experience. I was unable to check out without the "Towel Control Card" I had left in the room, so I had to go back to get it, and the staff was troubled by the fact that I had removed my pink wrist band after breakfast without their assistance.

The location is is very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful, although little English is spoken. The mostly local guests were quiet and the kids were surprisingly well behaved. It's an acceptable hotel for middle-class Latin Americans, or for Americans, Canadians, and Europeans seeking a very cheap vacation.

Breakfast was great, the food was delicious, and the stuff was amazing, always with a smile, very friendly and welcoming.
The rooms the towels. I didn't get what a paid for.I booked one bed room, they gave me two bed room.the first room they gave ne was discussing it smells discussing, I had to asked to be move.the second room was a little better, but for being in 2025, need to up date , was going to plane to go with my grandkids, but no the rooms are not pleasant the blankets, pillows nearer. The old towels need to be replaced. The hotel is in a good location close to everything. Tell the owners the rooms have to be up dated and remold, we're are 2025 not in 1800s.
Nothing. I found a nicer place and left early
It is geared for only Mexican families. Food was horrible. Very low end. Front desk didn’t speak English. I was the only American there.
The property was in a good location . Beautiful environment. I loved my room . The food service people especially evening were wonderful A guy . His name INiz was gorgeous
Food was horrible. Restaurant was full of birds and flys . The receptionist people was so rude and so unfriendly . In check in they pushed me to pay 100 us $ more but thanx god booking. Com massage helped me
The proximity to beach was great-all though the beach was not the best for young kids. The cleanliness was a great thing as well! Ocean view was great-sunset amazing!
The food and drinks were not very good quality. The buffet was very disorganized-which can be expected with so many guests but could be improved. Many kids were grabbing food with bare hands instead of using utensils-needless to say we didn’t eat there after seeing that.
It price we paid was cheap, but the hotel was also cheap to be an all inclusive
the room does not have an internet connection, mostly Mexican food and not always great food, for drinks, well they don't have variety at all, "Indio Beer" is all they offer at all locations and some other cheap liquors for mixing
The location was great, 8 minute walk to Malecon and 15 to Marina. Across the highway down a block is the best cafe called por favor amazing coffee and food. This resort has beautiful well manicured grounds throughout. The balcony off the room was nice and beautiful view out to the ocean.Room was clean and cleaning staff were always around to offer extra towels or help. It was a pleasant stay overall, you will not pay alot here and it is a 3 star..if you are not too high maintenance you will have a fair and enjoyable stay.
The buffet restaurant and snack bar had lots of food to choose from yet not very tasty at times No bottled beer and no glass outside the restaurants.Yet, I understand it's close to the pools so safety first.Basically I made an omelette each morning to avoid the other dishes. So if you stick to a lovely custom omelette then breakfast was good.Pools X3 but a bit cold which is common to Mexico but if the upper deck one was heated and adult only that would have been a bonus. The Beach chairs are few in a small zone and very close. Yet, Just walk down the beach a little and bring a foldable chair or blanket and it's all great and the beach to the right seems not very busy.
Good choice of food in restaurant & well cooked although never hot. Excellent service from restaurant staff especially from Jesus (Chuy). Good quality beer on tap.
Paid for Superior room with balcony & garden view & got a room without balcony & view of the air conditioning plant.Bedding was truly awful, worn out sheets, scratchy blanket & lumpy pillows. Bed comfy.Stairwell litter wasn't swept up for 5 days.Poolside tables always dirty
Nada
Constant noise pollution and lack of basic services without going out of your way. WiFi signal in room unusable. Food was very average.
I didn't use the pool but it looked nice, About the room, the way that the remote control and the climate control was attached to the wall was very uncomfortable. About dinner, there was very little variety.
the way that the remote control and the climate control was attached to the wall was very uncomfortable
All the staff are friendly. There are 3 pools to choose from plus the beach as it is beachfront. There are pool-area activities during the day and karaoke and theater on some nights. Plenty of food and it varies daily. Wifi was good for most of our stay.
Hard to sleep some nights as there doesn't seem to be any security to quiet guests in public places in the early morning hours. Hot water for the shower was inconsistent. You can't choose when to shower as there may be no hot water. Also, the resort advertises that there is an Italian restaurant on site that you need to make a reservation. What they don't mention is that you need to go to the concierge and his job is to sell you memberships so you need to listen to a sales pitch first.
The food was mostly mexican. Pastry was good and fresh most of the time. A lot of fruit
Could not sit at the beach to watch sunset because they pickup chair at 6:45 and the sunset is at 7:15. I even ask for a chair and the answer was a definitely no.. since that’s me and my wife favorite thing to do at the end of the day it’s kind of sad that I have to stand (not young enough to sit on the beach without pain) Patio on the beac property but no chair either.
We didnt like anything. This place was filthy. When we got there, the lobby bathrooms were disgusting with feces on the toilet seat. The place was so old. They were having construction around the pool area. I felt like this resort was complete false advertisement. It looked nothing like the pictures. We opted not to stay. We didn't feel safe there. We also would like our money back. We got charged three nights.
everything was awful.
Size of room.was big close to the ocean
Very noisy dining area
Very nice for families and children. There is minimum space to roam or walk around the property. There are 2 rather small pools that accommodate mostly kids. This is good if you have kids. It is super kid and family friendly. The buffet was quite good, mostly Mexican but could usually find something for everyone. The Italian restaurant was a huge disappointment. It would take too long to explain. Drinks flowed freely, no brand names if that matters to you,
see above
I loved the atmosphere, lots of staff were awesome! Food was actually really good. Rigo was the best bartender!!
As a tourist it was very hard to understand some staff, and all the shows were Spanish only but that's ok! Still entertaining! But as a pregnant women trying to tell the bartenders NO ALCOHOL and them putting double or giving me a already blended alcohol drink, was not impressed!
staff was amazing and friendly
walls are thin and noises travel trough walls like music and construction noises
