Los Arcos Suites

The location

When checking in , I was under the impression that I paid for 2 adults and 2 children. The hotel staff charged me more money each night for each child. The hotel staff also told me I couldn¿t use the pool at the playa los arcos only the one at our hotel.

Location

Dirty, had odor in room, mildew on shower curtains, and stains on the sheets. Did not stay but charged for the first day.

Quiet in a great location. Room was fine. Interior courtyard was inviting and brought guests together.

AC was louder than desired, but not needed much.

When I arrived they had no room for me even thou I had a confirmed reservation they shuffled me between 2 other properties they said they overbooked I ment to put this under what I did not like

The location.

Every year the hotel is a little more run down. New refrigerators and cutlery are needed. The new ice machine is convenient but very noisy.

Location

Wonderful, kind, friendly staff at all of their locations. Great dining area for all inclusive. Good very good, traditional Mexican dishes. Pools are wonderful. In the heat of zona romantica.

Just the staff

There was cockroaches inside the room, Restroom was dirty had to leave the next morning of my first night because I was not comfortable at all. No parking lot requested a refund and they didn’t wanted to help me out

Loved that it was right in the heart of downtown, walking distance to the beach, and so many good restaurants ans coffee shops closed by.

Everything. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was very large. Cleaning service was ever day. Grounds were lovely and well taken care of.

I had mistaken the property with “Playa “ Los arcos on the beach. I arrived at the “playa” property to find my reservations a couple blocks away. They were able to accommodate us at a higher price. A bit confusing, and apparently it happens often.

The bed was quite hard and the furniture was old bordering on antique. Needs updating. On the upside the staff was 5 star. The location was amazing. But again we actually stayed at a sister property

Was fine its old hotels more for people older than kids

Staff was great and location in the middle of the downtown

Plumbing issues a problem

Need to be careful with flushing the toilet, old plumbing system.Location convenient and staff attentive

We stayed at this location twice once on the way to Peru from Canada and another back to Canada. It was a nice location. Staff was friendly. It probably was a little more than what I would normally pay but since it was only a couple of night during a layover. It was fine. Nonetheless, it was still a nice location.

It was a little too expensive. We had to book a second night on the way to Peru as one of our flights did not line up, and it costed us significantly more almost the same amount as it would’ve for one night all inclusive.

Quiet property with beautiful pool. Staff was very helpful and nice. Super clean.

Air conditioning could use updating.

Proximity to the beach and restaurants, housekeeping staff who worked very hard to maintain a clean environment.

The hotel management did not respond to emails before I arrived requesting an upgrade. The upgrade came with an additional cost that in hindsight was not worth the value. The hotel advertises "seaview". The surrounding buildings block most of the view. Also, the charge of $18. (US) for breakfast was not refundable, if not used.

The hotel was nice, great location. There was alot of construction going on around the hotel.

The rooms needed to be updated. The bathroom, toilet area were very small.

Love the location and the staff. Great beach access.

Room smelled like mildew.

It was clean and great staff with perfect location.

The pool was not the best. It was small.

Had to ask for wash rags, couldn't use playa pool where the rest of my family was staying
