Great location.

Nice room, bath room was nice, but the shower didn’t drain well, and the bed was a bit hard.

The suite had an odor that was unpleasant.

Beds and the bathroom were excellent for a Old Town hotel

The pools are small and cold. Totally unusable.

It was close to the beach and anything else that you may want

They pumped out the septic system from right below my room, the noise and smell woke me up at 11:50pm, the smell of septic gas came right into my room and the noise was extreme, this went on for over an hour. It was absolutely disgusting

Location was great. It was easy to check in and out.

Our shower drain was clogged. If we had stayed for more than one night, we would have needed to change rooms. Internet was only available in the lobby.

The staff was lovely and helpful.

The toilet wasn't sealed to the floor so the entire room had a horrid sewage smell that made us sick. It took them the days of is saying something every day to finally fix it. The bathroom shower had mold. The AC was broken every day for 5 days.

backup sewage problem in the bathroom, after checking out, had a hard time getting back my refund. After checking return because I left behind a pair of good swimming short try to getting them back but was told nothing was found. They lie to me.I left mad

Great tourist class hotel right in the heart of the Romantic Zone. Friendly staff and clean. Surprisingly, the TV had a lot of English / American channels. Showers were great, pressure and lots of hot water.

Beds were very hard. They used to have a very nice continental breakfast on the roof with lots of fresh fruit, yogurt and breads. Don¿t know if they stopped it because of Covid or just because¿

The location was good.

Hotel was not clean. Could see under the door to the outside, with the door closed. Went to room after checking in and immediately went and checked out.

Wifi worked well, breakfast on rooftop was nice. Not noisy at night, staff helpful in directions.,

Bed was so so, fan only had one speed(high).

No hot water in the shower/could hear every word our neighbour said clearly if you were in the bathroom/ we had to beg repeat my for wash clothes and bath mat On 10th day the maid left us a tiny hotel shampoo bottle - only time ever and 1 H2O-we tipped!!

Great location, close to Malecon and the clubs. Rooftop has fantastic view of the bay!

Bed wasn't comfortable. No washcloths provided.

near down town..

The location just about as good as it gets; just one block from the beach! I had a very nice area outside my room where I could sit and enjoy the views of both mountains and the ocean while working on my computer. The staff was friendly and generally helpful. The roof-top terrace with pool was very pleasant and under-utilized. There were times when I was alone on the terrace and in the pool.

There was just one electrical outlet in my room. A single bottle of water was provided upon check-in, but none after that. There wasn't any opportunity to purchase more water at the hotel; you had to go to a market for that. Unless you built a sufficient barricade at the shower entrance, both the bathroom and bedroom would flood. Some housekeepers left sufficient linens, others did not.

There was no food there. But I enjoyed the balcony view of the beautiful park and the ocean. The maid s were very helpful, pleasant and nice.

There was no shower curtain (WHY) ,and we had a hard time controling the air-conditioning. The man who showed us to our room didn't explain anything to us, just let us in. And pointed to the remote controls, but said nothing to us.

The room was huge and pretty comfortable. The hotel is right in front of the Lazaro Cardenas Park. Walking distance to the Malecon and dining options. Overall it was a good stay.

The elevator stopped working the first day so we had to carry a stroller up and down 4 flights of stairs. Luckily they got it fixed.

For a couple , only 2 towels and one face cloth .No pool towels

Amazing location. It is very close to the beach and all the shops/markets. The roof top terrace and pool is great. There's a shady lobby level pool that was great for swimming with out little baby.

Room was very basic and the beds were small. We had an interior room that had a window to the hallway. I'm sure the exterior rooms have beautiful views.
